Good location, friendly and professional staff. Hotel undergoing some upgrades. I was allowed to stay in one of the first upgraded rooms as a regular guest and was asked for my opinion, l liked the plans.

Good hotel for people needing a place to stay on business in the Bracknell area. (or if you are going to Legoland).Friendly staff , good buffet breakfast .Clean and tidy.Gym is small .Front of house staff are always welcoming and helpful.

My daughter and 2granddaughter stayed here , it was a lovely hotel , food very pricey. We went to the harvester down the road. The swimming pool was great towels provided, also the sauna and steam rooms were great ,

After realising we had a burst water pipe and no water for at 24-28hours this was our saviour hotel!
Literally booked the hotel room for that night online, was greeted by a gentlemen with the biggest smile.
Welcoming, helpful, extremely professional and extremely informative.
Our room kindly got upgraded and within an hour of us being in our room, room service that we ordered 20mins ago arrived. All I can say is Woh!! The young man who brought our food again exceptionally presented, very professional and gave us a full run through of our order. Baring in mind me and my husband stay in hotels regularly this was a first to have such high attention to detail!
Room was great, overall stay was outstanding and most importantly thank you Hilton Bracknell for a hot shower in the morning!!
Definitely will be going back for a more leisurely stay and using the leisure club and pool.

We stayed at hilton Bracknell on 30/12/2013 for our honeymoon after just getting married and the staff were somewhat oblivious to our special occasion.

We didnt get even a congratulations from any of your staff despite mentioning it during the booking stages and walking in to the hotel with a hugh wedding dress.

Check in was less than 30 seconds and the staff failed to explain where and how to use the room and hotel facilities, there was no room orientation and no personalised special marriage welcome for us.

When we went up to the room we were given a smell family room
With a bath and disabled facilities, and no walk in shower.

We immediatley asked to change rooms to a double as we requested in our booking but was still given another family room
With a shower which was better but not what we had asked for and from there our first impression was already made.

We thought staying at the hilton would provide us with a special and memorable stay for this special occassion but we was let down.

We didnt recieve even a congratulations card in the room, or some flowers or romantic anything in the room.

We were thrown in a family room
When we asked for a double which ment that we was surrounded by familys and young children running around above our room, outside our room screaming, shouting and playing.

Although it was nice to get away for our honeymoon it was a very dissappointing stay for our once in a lifetime wedding, marriage and honeymoon experience.

The room decor is very dates, walls carpets and furniture are making the hotel look more like a hostel rather than a well established brand like Hilton.

I love hilton hotels i have stayed in a few in france and they were nothing like this hotel. The food was okay but as there is nothing but a sainsburys superstore in the area. Even withing driving distance so you dont have much choice but to eat in their restaurant.

Nothing to do in the area at all.

And this will now follow us forever.

Stayed here for anniversary weekend back in September. The deal itself was good, spa package and we were returning customers. On this occasion I paid extra to have robes and slippers in the room for us. When we arrived we were given a room, only to find it was someone else's room with used coffee shops and unmade bed. We were moved rooms and the. Had to wait over 5 hours for robes and slippers. We were told that they were busy this weekend. I appreciate it may have been busy, but I paid extra and spoke to people in spa that hadn't paid and were given them by spa staff. The room carpet had holes in it and the walls had chunks of paint missing. The room needed decorating and service wasn't hilton standard I expect and am used to. I was given a drinks voucher but I don't drink so these went unused and were left in the room. I had planned to go back for a girly spa weekend but won't be going again after this. Sorry my last review was good for this hotel but this stay was a complete let down.

I regret that we clearly failed to meet your expectations during this Hilton Journey. Excellent standard of hotel. Staff were very obliging and helpful on arrival and departure. Given upgrade of room on arrival, at no extra cost Enjoyable breakfast. Will stay here again in the future and recommend the Hilton Bracknell Hotel
