Stayed here while was in business visit. Good place to stay.
Calm place. Good swimming pool and workout area. From out side looks like very old building but inside its good. Breakfast buffet has good range. Quality is fine.
You have dedicated phones to call cabs. Sainsbury is nearby if you need anything. Sainsbury petrol station is also there where you get important items 24 X7.More
We stayed 2nites during our legoland trip.Room was clean and warm.Bathroom was clean.We had one dinner and the food was very nice.We had 2 breakfast,they were lovely aswell.All staff was very friendly and helpfull.I'd recommend to everybody this hotel,specially when You are planning Your holiday in legoland windsor.Don't rent a car from Hertz or be very carefull.

Stayed in an "executive" room, which was nice - overlooked side of hotel block.
Downside is the hotel needs to work on the quietness of the doors closing - this can be annoyed when guest closing doors - due to the design of the heavy doors they slam loudly when closing which is a pain when trying to sleep.
Spa and Gym was good, however the jacuzzi wasnt warm - same temperature as the pool.
Breakfast and Dinner were good.
Would stay again.

the hotel is as expected great service and great location, the staff there 99.9% of them are helpfull and polite. very inpressed with the gym, the pool i would have said maybe hire a window cleaner otherwise everything you need and near all the locations.

We had to queue to get into breakfast (for half an hour) and then queue for the hot food which was not being replenished at a sufficient rate. More staff were clearly needed. The fitness suite was good, but unfortunately the hot tub was cold and the pool had to be closed on the evening of our stay. At night we were kept awake by a lot of noise in the corridor.
I organised a Spa Package for one night for three friends and myself. It was exceptional value for money and can highly recommend it. We all chose a back massage with Rachael, from the Spa, who was on her own and we were the last clients of the day, she worked very hard and we all felt so relaxed afterwards, so a big Thank You to her. The package included a bottle of wine in the room, dinner in the restaurant which was of very good quality and excellent variety. Nicoli (sorry, not sure of the spelling) the waiter in the restaurant in the evening was excellent, he was very attentive and as bright and breezy at breakfast, which was excellent too. I can say I have never stayed in a hotel where ALL the staff were so friendly and hospitable. We wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely go back.
