As a family of five we can struggle to find hotels but the Grange provides two rooms, one with a super king bed, bathroom and TV, the adjoining room (linked by double glass doors) had three fold away beds, a sofa, another tv and a small kitchen which had a full cooker, four ring electric hob, microwave, dishwasher and larder fridge. There was also an iron, ironing board, extra pillows and blankets and a cd music system. The heating/air con system was excellent, better than any other I've used, it cooled down a hot room very quickly on the first day and with typical British weather, warmed us all up the following night!
Food in the restaurant was good and we thought value for money at £20per head for three courses but all the children ate free from a children's buffet.
Staff were very friendly and efficient, especially reception staff on check in.
We bought as a deal with legoland holidays and would definitely return when exploring the area again soon.

We stayed on a Legoland special deal which was £100 cheaper by booking direct with the hotel than through the Legoland Holidays site. We got 2 nights bed and breakfast and 2 day passes for Legoland for £286 for 2 adults and 2 children and 1 under 2 year old. We had a 2 room suite with 3 "put u up" beds in 1 room and a superking bed in the other so great accommodation for us. There was a small kitchen in the suite which fortunately we had no intention of using because the dishwasher was full of mould! There was a TV in each of the rooms but one didn't work. The roman blinds in one room were broken too. It was quite hot over the weekend and there was a very useful "air con" which we left on all night. Breakfast was very good, lovely service and good quality food nicely cooked. The hotel was not easy to find, being up a ramp between a service yard and a multi storey car park entrance. The only time we found the hotel car park it was full but despite the website stating that if the hotel car park was full and you had to use the multi storey the cost of parking was not included in the deal, we were not charged. The hotel staff "validated" our car park token for us. All in all we thought it was good value but not 4 star. I would have liked to give it a 3 and a half because it was better than average.

We stayed 1 night at the weekend, and found it to be great value. The bedrooms were of a decent size, well-fitted, comfortable - the best hotel sleep I've had for a long time. A decent English breakfast was included in our deal, which made the value amazing.

I can't understand the complaints about parking -there's a multi-storey attached via a covered walkway and the cost was included in our deal; the website gives specific instructions on how to find the car park.

If you're travelling by train (we were up for the 2 days of the rugby sevens at Twickenham), then the railway station is about 5-7 minutes walk away.

I stayed at this hotel recently after being intrigued by viewing it on the internet and wondering how a new hotel could rise like a phoenix from the ashes of an old office block. First impressions were favourable although I did arrive in a taxi I was aware that there were a number of grumbles from drivers over the lack of car parking facilities with the few spaces immediately outside seemingly used for management and staff? Nice professional welcome at Reception it was disappointing to find that this hotel still charges its residents for WiFi usage and at a whopping £10, this is both excessive and `off-putting' leaving a sour taste. Clearly this hotel needs to get up on the times as the vast majority of hotels offer free WiFi now. The bedrooms were lovely, clean, modern and fresh and you could tell that money had been spent on them. Dinner was pleasant and tasty though the menu was limited and my experience was ruined by an extremely noisy Spanish family who seemed contented to leave their kids running around the restaurant screaming their heads off as they just sat and read their newspapers. Infuriating and the staff should have stepped in over this. Im a great believer in keeping families with young kids away from the traditional businessman at opposite ends of the restaurant if at all possible however in an almost empty restaurant I was seated right beside them which smacked of convenience to the staff rather than to the guest!

Overall, this hotel has everything going for it and with some attention to detail in the small areas, it could be very good.

First off, this is only or first night of 3. On arrival couldn't find parking. Turns out there isn't any. Had to wait for girl on her first day to get someone who knew about the parking. After 5mins the gent at reception who helped was great. After explaining how to find the nearest ncp, he noticed a staff space that he could give us a pass for (don't hold your hopes up for this as it was only by chance).

Our family room 510 is okay. A little dated compared to other chains we usually use like holiday inn etc. But in fairness was slightly larger than what we're used to.

Plugs are a little scarce; only 1 at the desk & mirror. Found another in the closet by unplugging the clothes press.

On that note, room has its own iron and board.

28" Flat screen tv is about 15ft away from our bed so dragged the whole unit about 6ft closer (as far as the cables allow).

Bathroom seems great, modern and clean.

Ice buckets arrived quickly, though my wife and I laughed at how tiny they are, you definitely could only fit a wine bottle IF you remove all the ice (will upload pics if mobile internet permits).

2 children's beds aren't great... very soft springy camp beds.

All seems clean and marbled lobby & bar area apears nice.

Lastly, no internet at all throughout the hotel, not even your room - you must pay £10 per day.

This hotel is more than adequate for visiting Windsor, Legoland and even London. Good bus and train service only a few minutes away. Shops, banks, bars, and restaurants all close by. The hotel itself has very nice apartment/suite style rooms which are perfect for families of 4+ (you must pay extra to guarantee these rooms) and the food is really good and well presented at breakfast and dinner (kids eat free with 2 paying adults).

Warning! Do not book and pre-pay a taxi via Taxicode and/or Bracknell Taxis!!! We were left stranded with 2 young kids at Gatwick Airport for nearly 3 hours on arrival even though they promise to monitor your flight and be waiting at arrivals. Despite contacting them on numerous occasions since, no compensation was offered or even an apology given. In fact, they didnt respond at all!

Recently spent a number of nights at this hotel. Accommodation perfectly suitable for our family of five. Two joining rooms with three little single beds in one room, and a large double in the other. Another toilet apart from the one in the bathroom would have been nice, but we managed!
Breakfast was good overall, but would love there to have been fresh fruit salad on offer. Children very happy though, especially with hot chocolate.
Staff very helpful and attentive.
