The Nicest hotel in the area and very attentive and efficient staff from reception all the way through to the bar staff and the breakfast staff in the morning nothing was to much trouble we have been using this hotel for a couple of visits to Ascot over the last couple of years and it’s brilliant

This hotel is amazing , rooms are gorgeous ,clean and modern .The staff are so lovely & are very helpful . Ordered room service , the burger was very tasty and the breakfast arrived to my room hot , a trolley was brought in and even the toast was warm . Sausages were off good quality and the bacon was lovely and crispy . Would definitely recommend and believe me , I am a very fussy hotel stayer . There is plenty of parking and the location is so quick and easy from London .

We had a lovely stay here. The customer service was excellent - I had lots of questions before I booked and the staff were really helpful. It’s not in the most beautiful location - Bracknell isn’t pretty! - but it’s very handy for Legoland and Windsor, which is where we were going. 25 mins from Windsor castle and about the same from Legoland. We stayed in a family room, which was perfect. It looked newly renovated, was lovely and clean and very spacious. The children had a little twin room separated from the main room by a curtain, and my husband and I had a big king-size bed. By far the best family room set-up I could find in the area other than the Lego Resort hotels, and the Coppid beech is about half the price.
We checked in at about 4pm and went straight down to use the pool - nice and clean again, and a decent size for the kids to swim in and splash around. The water was quite chilly so I made good use of the jacuzzi to warm up! The back to the room, a quick change and out to a local pub for dinner. By the time we got back to the hotel, the kids were exhausted so unsurprisingly went to sleep like a dream, which was definitely helped by the really comfy and cosy beds and bedding. We had no issues at all with noise, but we did stay on a Monday night when the nightclub was closed - the room was on the same side as the club so I can see why some people have had problems at the weekend.
In the morning, there was loads of hot water and the shower was fantastic. Nice toiletries, too. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise - I’ll be honest and say that I hadn’t expected it to be very good, because breakfast buffets rarely are - but it was excellent. The hot food seemed fresh and was very tasty (I gave the bacon a miss because it didn’t look great, but you can’t have it all!), the fried eggs had runny yolks and the scrambled eggs weren’t rubbery in the slightest! There was a good selection of cereals (no granola, though) and I had fruit salad and yoghurt as well. I think the only let-down was the coffee, which tasted stewed (possibly instant?) but I’m really fussy about coffee so most people would probably have no problem with it at all - and it’s a really minor quibble!! Both my children gobbled a huge breakfast and loved it, which wins maximum points in my book.
Overall, I’d heartily recommend this hotel as a great place for a stopover, perfectly positioned for Legoland and Windsor. For what you get as a family it’s great value so don’t be put off by the slightly unusual/tired appearance (it does look a bit like something out of a 1970s horror film 😂) It’s comfortable. does a good breakfast and the service is great.

Room tip: Probably avoid booking family rooms at the weekend, as they’re over the nightclub. The Stag and Hounds in Binfield does excellent food.

All staff from reception, bar, restaurant, cellar and conference teams were so friendly and helpful. I wasn’t expecting much from the food but it was excellent.
The bedroom was immaculate, well equipped and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more tbh!

We had planned my 65th birthday meal in the resturant. The table we agreed to was oval and it was set up as a squre table. This was changed but only after some discussion. The staff we rude the menus we had agreed to we not on the table.
The staff looked very untidy.
The resturant floir had food on it left over from lunch.
The rooms were not serviced during the day we had left our room at 8.00 am and returned at 5 . I spoke to reception and was told they had been very busy as they had two weddings on. It had been clear that the staff were over run.

Room tip: Beware of the night club, we were locked and felt really unsafe

Dear guest, thank you for taking the time to post a review of your reccent celebratory event with us. We appreciate that there was confusion about the table set up which was immediately rectified by our restaurant manager and you were also offered a different menu, although you then changed your mind back to the original menu that was offered. Our staff worked extremely hard over the evening to ensure that your birthday celebrations were special. It was disappointing that despite all the effort from both our restaurant and reception staff they were subjected to shouting and abusive language. We have a very dediciated team here at the Coppid Beech and we are very proud of them and the hard work that they put into ensuring guests have a happy and memorable event/stay with us, although at times this can be made more challenging for them by guest behaviour.

From the outside this hotel is a wow factor! its like something out of a mountain range! such a beautiful hotel. The entrance area and reception was clean. Receptionist was a bit rude but we didn't let that bother us.
The fish tank from the top of the rooms is stunning and a true feature for the hotel.
We enjoyed the leisure facilities and had food in the bar. The bar area is very cosy and caters for all ages.

The room was large and clean, it had everything we wanted.

The only downfall of our stay was breakfast was very busy in the morning, queues were very long, there was a wedding the night before so the hotel was very busy, but the hotel should have planned for this better. Also we had very noisy guests at night playing music which disturbed us all night.

When we complained the next morning the hotel did manage it very well.

I would definitely go back to this hotel for a weekend break.
