“great softplay area”
Reviewed 8 February 2014

great large play area for kids to let of some energy.good size cafe with a large varity of meals or snack.good sized central play area.for younger kids which can be seen from all the seating areas ,play areas are monitored, remember it is not supervised and is clearly marked to say so,staff are friendly and very helpful. the staff are not child minders or nursery nurses, but they are however very good with the kids, quite during the week, very busy at the weekends.

“Good softplay, shame about the coffee!”
Reviewed 11 November 2013 via mobile

Went to happy days on Sunday morning with my 3 and 1 year olds, both love it here. The bigger bit is easy for little ones and both love the smaller bit too. Good amount of seating. Nice and quiet until about midday at the weekend which makes a change from most!

Toilets aren't the best i've ever seen, but apart from the fact there was no hot water, they were actually alright.

Only downside is the cafe. Food and drink are overpriced. 2.25 for a latte, which I can only describe as the worst cup of coffee I've ever had. Basically a cup of warm, beige coloured milk with a couple of grains of coffee wafted at it... Also, they served coffee in ceramic cups but give you your cake/biscuit on a polystyrene bowl. Can't you afford a couple of extra plates??

“Could do better”
Reviewed 10 November 2013

Was there early on a Sunday morning with grandchildren so pretty quiet and plenty space for little ones not to get trampled. Have to comment on previous review about staff not supervising....surely that's the job of parents. Play equipment seemed clean enough, though carpet in toddler area could do with a vacuum if not a good clean. Toilets were ok as long as you don't want hot water to wash with...there wasn't any! Kids loved the place which i guess is the point of going there....but just don't drink the coffee....or hot milk with no coffee in it.

“Great for kids good food too.”
Reviewed 22 October 2013

I work as a child minder so i always take my minded kids here, they give discounts to child minders which is a good thing.

What i like about this place is that it is very spacious, and very bright, in the summer they have outdoor play area which is massive, they also do Bbq here. (Just ask during the summer)

They have trampoline and giant slides. The kids love coming here. I thought the food was great too, and reasonably priced.

The toddler are is separated from the. Big kids to keep them safe. And parents can just relax drink coffee and chat whilst the kids are playing.

It can be expensive during summer and school holidays, £4.99 for first one hour, then it add ups, but during weekdays. They do unlimitted play plus kids meal.

Its a good lay out, you can see the children from the dining area.

“Work soft play I have ever visited”
Reviewed 14 August 2013 via mobile

Where do I start? Well let try
Staff no supervising the children at all meaning little kids are put off by over enthusiastic larger children.

Play area dirty and tired looking

Food absolutely disgusting home made pizza was burned and the kids mac and cheese was tasteless so much so our son couldn't even eat it
Overall impression from staff was one of complete indifference do your selves a favour and take your child elsewhere tho place is the pits
