Adrenaline Alley is quite simply the best place we have ever visited for extreme sports outside of California. It's the biggest indoor extreme sports facility in Europe and caters for all levels of ability from absolute beginner to elite level professionals. It has some facilities dedicated just for scooters and plenty of ramps, bowls, foam pits, resi ramps and street style obstacles for bmx, skate and inline too. It also has the biggest indoor vert ramp in Europe. This is one of only a few vert ramps worldwide with a high roof and a resin ramp attached - a truly world class facility. There are outdoor dirt jumps and pump tracks as well for bmx (weather permitting). All visitors must register as members (free and can be done in advance online) and they do charge spectators a small fee. Equipment can be hired (limited supply so best to book in advance). Book your trip in advance up to the night before online or pay on the door (queuing can be slow at weekends). They do gold memberships which saves quite a lot if you're going to visit regularly. Reasonably priced food is available at a cafe and in vending machines but you can also take your own food and there is some free wi-fi in certain areas of the building. There is also coaching available on Wednesday evenings - ask at reception. If you're into extreme sports this place has to be visited.
