we stayed here half term for i night. the room was very cosy. the swimming pool was large and heated changing room facilities were good. Breakfast was outstanding plenty of choice. the only fault was the car park charge of £5.00 i do think this hould be free for the guests. overall would recommend this hotel .

Thanks for your time and efforts in giving us some feedback. Glad to read you enjoyed your stay with us. I do acknowledge that car parking charges are contentious, but we do have to help cover the costs of operating such a large area. Hope our pool wasn't too warm for you at 29*C

Hope to see you again soon

Thanks for your feedback, as you say we do have some truly great offers on, but as the advert says, when they're gone they're gone - until the next time.
Glad to read your sone enjoyed his dinner and our 18m swimming pool. Hope you tried out our new gym as well.

Thank you once again,

Michael

A great location for the motorway.shopping and airport. The staff always seem to go that extra mile.I stayed here with my family and friends. The lesuire centre is a welcome to relax and ease the mind and body. The food in the evening was very enjoyable.A great breakfast what more do you need.Spotless and happy staff, just great.

Room Tip: second floor well worth the walk.

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions in the past and always had excellent stays. On this occasion it was very poor and our experience mirrors what others have said, dark rooms, tv remote not working, bad heater in room and sounded like thunder with kids running around in room above. Restaurant was quite poor

Thanks for your feedback after your recent stay with us. Sorry to read the room was too dark for you, I know we have 8 or 9 lights in most rooms but are always happy to add an extra light in when asked. Apologies for those parents who have let everyone down and allowed their children to make a little too much noise when staying with us. I know they get excited but you are right, all parents should think about the noise children can make, and thus disturb others. Apologies.

With thanks

We spent two nights here this half term with out two children. On check in we were not advised that there are no lifts in hotel and we had two young children with luggage and were not asked if we needed any assistance. Rooms were clean and very spacious.
Restaurant did not open until 6:30, which we felt was a bit late given its a Hilton with family rooms, we booked a table first night and food did not come until 7:30 which is late for little ones. Perhaps open at 6 in school holiday time?
On second night we went to restaurant at 6:30 to be greeted by a rude gentleman as we had not booked and said they could not fit us in until 8:30 but restaurant was not even 1/3 full, with two little ones we did not have time or energy to take this up and went elsewhere! Breakfast however was fantastic and great selection.

Thanks for your feedback, your time is appreciated. We do have lounge food menus available all day but your simple suggestion that at the height of the holiday season we open earlier as we do have so many families stay with us couild well be used.

Thanks once again,

Michael

Good location.....spacious room needs a little tlc...small bathrooms for big bedrooms?
Lovely friendly staff...the high volume of children due to it being half term made it rather frantic and noisier than we would have liked....
We would ask for room on different floor to pool/health club next time.and hope that the noise levels would be reduced....

Room Tip: Do not stay on first floor leading to pool area if you are seeking some quiet time and a good nights...

Thanks for your feedback, we feel our location is good, very close to all the major road networks. Sorry about some parents not being very good at controlling their excited children. Do let us know at the time if anyone is noisy we will act on it.

Thanks once again

stayed one night here on our journey between Devon and Manchester. Most things OK including food. But our bathroom was uncharacteristically (for a Hilton) small with a door which could not be opened if someone was using the loo. No lift either.
