Having stayed here several times we are always impressed by the friendly welcome from the staff, the cleanliness of the bedroom and bathrooms and the comfort of the bed.

the room was clean and staff very friendly. i left my coat at the the hotel and they posted it back to myself free of charge. i was very impressed with the brillant customer service. the pub next to the hotel was a bonus, just accross a minutes walk away. the hotel seemed very quiet and i had a great nights sleep. sure this is due to the hotels posters asking for guests to be considerate to others. all in all a bargain fot the 29 pound i paid and not to far from the NEC

We stayed here for 1 night with two young children agred 4 & 5 after a visit to the West Midlands Safari Park. We were greeted at reception by a very welcoming and friendly lady receptionist. Check in was straight forward and quick. The family room was essentially a double room with two additional 'beds' for the kids made up from what I assumed to be a sofa bed that split into two separate single mattresses with solid base underneath - however they very adequate and very comfortable. The room and its facilities exceeded our expectations for the price we paid - Kettle and tea/coffee (refills available from reception), TV with freeview, thermostat for temperature control, clean functional bathroom, clean towels and shower gel and handwash, plenty of toilet paper. £65 for the night including all you can eat breakfast at the Brewers Fayre pub next door. The room was £50 and breakfast £15 - the kids breakfast was free. We ate at the pub in the evening and although the food was good as pub food goes, the service was a bit lacking. Understaffed/ignorant to the point of 'I must be invisible to these people' was clearly obvious. Other customers seemed to find this also. However, breakfast was totally different and the morning staff had clearly read their job description. Breakfast was excellent - eat as much as you like. Everything from cooked breakfast, cereals, toast, spreads, fruit, coissants, yoghurts, tea coffee, muffins and several fruit juices. I asked for poached eggs and they were excellently cooked. The hotel as I understand it advertises the fact that you get a good nights sleep. And I got a good nights sleep. I hadn't slept like that for months. The reason, I guess, is that the bed is manufactured by Hypnos who claim to make 'The most comfortable beds in the world'. I agree.

With the evening service in the pub aside, I would recommend this Premier Inn as the value for money is just outstanding. £65 B&B for a family of four is excellent value.I would return here again if in the area.

I stayed in this hotel 26 – 30 April. Room was large but sparsely furnished; bathroom was on the small side but adequate. Although non smoking there was cigarette burn marks by the washbasin in the bathroom. Breakfast was not included in the room price and the wifi was expensive at £5 per hour. Last night it got quite noisy late at night, late check-in who wanted to watch TV with volume turned up until 00:30 = thin walls…
There were no room deals offered for bookings during the work week. The hotel chain up the road is half the price and with continental breakfast included, so I will be giving that a tryout in a couple of weeks.
It was not a really bad hotel but I would probably not recommend it without trying some of the others nearby first.

We stayed at the Premier Travel In for one night on 15th June. After a terrible journey ( flooding in the Midlands) we were welcomed by very helpful and friendly reception staff. We paid £49 for the room and were surprised at the size of the room. It was huge............... Lovely clean bathroom. It was very adequate for a one night stay. We heard no noise from the motorway ( we had a ground floor room).
If we were in the region again we would stay here. The pub next door served up reasonable food. This hotel was very good value for money.
