I must have stayed at a different B&B than what the other reviewers reviewed. First of all, the picture on the website and on TripAdvisor, is not where you stay. It is a dilapidated building away from the house. I will put a picture of the "loft room".
We were 2 ladies traveling alone, and were not given a key for our room, but the owners do lock the main house. How do I know that? The next morning when we went for breakfast they had to unlock the door so that we could go in and have breakfast.
We absolutely did not feel comfortable at this place. The room was just ok, nothing spectacular. We kinda felt that the place could be cleaned better, the linen is not good B&B quality, a small kitchen, if you would like to do dishes, you have to use the sink in the bathroom. We did not have hot water at all, and there was no way for us to contact the owner to tell him, it was raining buckets and we could not leave the room to go to the main house. I did not have any cellphone reception and the WiFi did not work at all. We did get $5.00 credit for that.
I would definitely not stay here again or advise others to stay here. I have to say, the view from this B&B over the valley is spectacular. Kinda made up for the not so good room.
