We came upon this place by accident this summer and were absolutely delighted with everything. The first evening we arrived the owner had no space but arranged for us to stay in another B+B nearby. We were booked for the next night in one of the rooms in the main house but when we arrived it turned out the large loft was available so we stayed there instead. This is a marvellously welcoming place to stay. The smell of wood throughout is delightful and the views spectacular. The loft is a large but cosy living space with kitchen, shower room and decking with chairs from which to watch the storms approaching. The owners couldn't have been more charming and helpful and the breakfast was fabulous. Freshly made pancakes, fresh fruit, homemade pastries, yoghurt, endless coffee....puts the majority of our Scottish B+Bs to shame! Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. The icing on the cake for our son was the pretty Gite cat and her playful kittens. Perfect!!
