“Private beach to yourself beside beautifully appointed rooms”

So cheap, unbelievably good. Five chalets overlook Turkey's largest natural fresh water lake - the changing colours of the waters & bird-life are worth their weight in gold. 9km from the town. Sadly people seem to only stop here while driving between Capadoccia & Pamukale. We stayed a week and wished it was more. Chalents are smallish with huge bathrooms and terraces that keep out wind. Rooms have everythings you'd need TV aircon etc. Beware lots of flying insects - especially at night but no bites for us. Beysehir is a wonderful working town with lots to see & enjoy (no post cards!). We thought hotel restaurant menu limited and boring but no different to anywhere in town & not overpriced. You can have room service at any time as the staff aim to please.

Room Tip: Ask not to stay in the main hotel where rooms are older and less well-appointed.

Sure it helps to have a Turk along as the staff members speak little English, but we met a British couple who stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The manager, Ali, owners and staff do all they can to make your stay good. We came for 2 nights and stayed for 3. The hotel reminds me so much of places I stayed on vacations as a kid, though up to date. From the lakeside rooms you walk down a flight of stairs to the beach where there are chaises and umbrellas waiting. The views from upstairs rooms are gorgeous especially at sunset. The lapping of the waves soothes you to a comfortable sleep.

They serve a typical Turkish breakfast and have good, reasonably priced food available for dining throughout the day and evening. Many Turks come for the day to fish, swim and "piknik" at the campground. A play area and game nets may be used by all. This in no way interferes with hotel guests.

Yes, the rooms are fairly small, but we have paid more for smaller ones. Same for bathrooms. Fresh roses from the garden appeared on our bed and in a vase. Cosy down comforters and softer towels than many places were a plus.

My husband and I stayed just one night on our way to Urgup. This hotel is situated on a beautiful lake about 9 klms out of town so is ideal for self driving. The staff are helpful as best they can although little English spoken. Breakfast included and is typical Turkish fare. We ate dinner in the dining room which consisted of a large table of men another table of men and my husband and I the manager arrived at our table carrying a vase of freshly picked flowers for me which I found sweat and appreciative as to make me feel comfortable.

Room Tip: This is a rural area so do not expect too much, view from rooms, and dining area over the lake make...

First of all, the setting is fantastic- overlooking the lake. The staff are very friendly and helpful but don't speak or understand a lot of English. Everything is very basic but good value for money. When we arrived at 17.00 we gave them a bag of laundry- it was ready for us the following morning at 08:00. Don't expect too much!

We stayed there for 2 nights on our trip around Turkey. We really enjoyed ourselves. Nice/clean rooms/very friendly and helpful staff/good restaurant and fantastic lake/quiet and peaceful with ducks swimming about. Every bit worth the price and one of the best places we stayed at on our trip. You should def. stop by if you have your own transport. Unfortunately it was too cold for us to camp outside but the camping facilities were good as well.

Room Tip: The ones with the Lake view are great.

Initially stayed for 1 night on driving tour around Turkey but liked it so much we stayed a second night on our return journey.
It's a family run business a few kilometres outside Beysehir. It's in a fantastic quiet location right beside the lake.
Upon arrival we were greeted enthusiastically by the owner and given an choice of rooms. Some rooms are inside the main building whereas others have an external motel style entrance facing the beach and lake. We opted for 2 rooms (1 for parents, 1 for kids) where we could walk out directly on the beach.
The rooms are basic but very clean and well equipped not to mention superb value.
We had dinner in the evening overlooking the lake. The staff made us very welcome and both the food and service were excellent.
The temperature by the lake was a welcome relief to the hot / humid weather we had experienced near the coast. Very comfortable and no need for air con.
Very kids friendly with pedalo, canoe and jet ski available for hire at very reasonable prices.
Overall a great find and will definitely return one day!

We used this hotel for a stopover on route from
Kayseri to Antalya. We thought the whole area was beautiful and the hotel was in a great spot on the lake shore, several kilometres fom Beyshir town. There is not a lot of accomodation in Beyshir and this was a great choice. The rooms are basic, but comfortable and clean and we had a great lake view. The staff do not speak much English, but are extremely helpful and attentive. We had dinner at the hotel and had lovely fresh lake fish. Do bring some mosquito repellent as there are quite a few, but rooms all had grills on opening windows. On balance a very enjoyable stay.
