Loved the pool. Evening dining was very enjoyable and lovely food. Breakfast was good. Excellent location, with easy walk into town. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Only complaint is that the bath is so narrow (and I'm very slim!). I wanted to shower so it was not an issue, but for anybody with any sort of mobility problem it would be a big problem.

We visit this hotel frequently because of the very pleasant location and its Privilege rooms. We have just returned having spent a long weekend there and on this occasion with my Wife's very elderly parents.
We checked in on Friday20th November and unfortunately that evening there was a massive water leak in the main town centre that impacted seriously on the water supply to the hotel and surrounding area.
IN what was a very stressful period there, I would like to pay tribute to the Manager David Holmes and his 2 very helpful female assistants who did everything possible to help- they were most professional and could not have been more caring.
Thank you and will continue to visit.

On our way down to Le Touquet, we had our car broken into. This was a really upsetting experience and is still causing us grief now sorting everything out. We decided not to let this completely spoil our 2 day stay in Le Touquet as it was our anniversary. We arrived at the Holiday Inn exhausted after driving winds and heavy rain beat on the 'plastic' temporary passenger window!
The receptionist was sympathetic and happily upgraded our room to a lovely ground floor room with doors onto patio and gardens. We instantly felt relaxed after a hot soak and decided against going outside into the town to eat and walked into the hotel restaurant - not expecting too much. Well the food was fabulous - my husband had the filet steak and I had the sea bream - brilliant and reasonably priced. The service also was good and friendly. It was calm and peaceful in the restaurant which overlooks the gardens.

After a splendid breakfast in the hotel the following morning, we strolled down to the town (a perfect distance walk). The weather was greatly improved and we did what we love to do in Le Touquet - stroll around the shops and cafes - stop for coffee and croissants and watch the world go by!

We returned to the hotel in the afternoon as the receptionist had kindly arranged a late check-out. We then spent a couple of hours in the lovely airy swimming pool and jacuzzi which is all under glass with sunbeds around the pool where you could relax and enjoy the heat of the sun through the glass surrounded by the gardens. Just what we needed to relax!

Thank you to all the staff who helped to make the rest of our anniversary such a good experience. We are definitely coming here again!

Room Tip: We stayed on ground floor near restaurant. Very quiet. Lovely comfy bed and pillows. Doors out to...

Unusually designed Hotel in a good, quiet location In Le Touquet. used by a lot of British golfers as well as many French on holiday. Has a good sized pool, small gym, restaurant, snack bar and a bar. Food is good but expensive, much cheaper to eat in the Town where there is ample choice. Quite expensive but it is France, which appears always expensive for Hotels. Reception at times let the place down, slow service where booking in took a long time and details were not easily found, so adjustments had to be made later on. Rooms are good with a small verandah so you can take in the wooded surroundings. One or two minor complaints none of my party found heating/air conditioning easy to use and everybody did not sllep as well as they could of due to temperature. However they were very helpful over breakfast on the last day and they allowed to go to the breakfast room thirty minutes early, that was good service.

Just got back from the Holiday Inn le Touquet, first visit for a couple of years. We had one of their duplex family rooms which are great as the kids are on a mezzanine floor so there is enough space. We also had a small balcony. The hotel seems to have had a refresh since we last there and has upped it's game on the breakfast front and in the bar All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located about 15 mins walk to the centre of things through a little park. Recommended.

Room Tip: ask for the duplex with one double and twin beds - better than the duplex with two doubles

Great location and lovely swimming pool. The hotel itself is tired as are the rooms, but they are spotless and the beds comfortable. The children liked the double mezzanine we had requested to be next to the other family but were put a door apart which must have annoyed the middle room as the children went back and forth. We overlooked the carpark - the rooms do not open onto a garden area as described on the site they are mostly on the first floor.

Reception staff are helpful to a point although could not recommend a restaurant or help arrange bike hire. The Hotel is extensively used for conferences and you do feel you are intruding as they use public area’s to do activities.

DON’T buy breakfast quite possibly the worst service and food I have had at a four star hotel for 17Euros a head. The breads are lovely but the hot food is not refreshed and stands for the whole breakfast time untended. (Watery scrambled egg, greasy cold bacon not a good start to the day) The cold selection is poor and a few to many flies around for comfort.

To avoid the high bar prices a Pint of Leff beer is 10 euros and gin and tonic 7:50, there is a Carre Four two minutes from the hotel probably walkable. Turn left towards town then first right, it is clearly signpost.

A short walk from the hotel in the main street you can enjoy a great breakfast of croissants, toast, French bread and lovely hot chocolate for 8Euros.

Highly reccommend dinner at Le Paris Plage - all restaurants in main street appear to charge same sort of prices, moules and frites 12Euro, Fresh Burger and chips 14Euro and Steak 20Euro

Room Tip: Ask to be on the ground floor you may get outdoor access. The swimming pool code changes at 12 each...
