Stayed here end of September for a couple of nights. Booked a sea view room, and got upgraded to executive sea-view. When we arrived, we found the reception staff friendly and helpful, and were greeted by a young chap who spoke enough english to help with any queries we had. Our room was lovely, and the view out over the beach was stunning. The first evening we watched the sun go down which was lovely. It took about 15-20 minutes to walk in to Le Touquet centre, where there were lots of lovely French restaurents and bars. Quite expensive, about 8 euros for a pint of Lager, 6 euros for a small wine. Main meals are about 15-25 euros each. We found everyone very friendly. Shops are quite upmarket and clothing expensive, but that is what you would expect from an upmarket resort like Le Touquet.
If you walk in to the centre in the morning, you can get a continental breakfast for about 6-8 euros. We didn't try the Novotel's as it was 16 euros each, but the setting of the restaurent overlooks the sea, which is what you pay for.
There is a small bar downstairs, which also overlooks the sea, with an outdoor seating area. This is lovely to just sit and chill out and take in the great view.
Yes, the air con (if there was any) didn't work, and it did get a bit warm at night, and the balcony was a bit tired looking, but it certainly didn't affect our enjoyment of our stay here. We came for the view (hence sea-view room), and location, and were not dissappointed.

Room Tip: I would recommend a sea view room

Excellent location, staff friendly, room average, clean but lacked working air con. Disappointed that could not get a drink at the bar after 11pm on a rainy Saturday evening also no room service at this time either...

This is a typical Novotel - nothing exciting to look at but once inside it is modern, clean and staff are helpful

Same with the bedrooms (we had a family room) clean, good size with a good shower

The big plus is its location - literally on the beach. Kids love it and the bar is a nice place to have a drink whilst taking in the view or sitting on the beach. The hotel is about 1 mile from the town - easy walk along the sea front

It has a free swimming pool as well - handy if it the sun isn't shining!

Yes the restaurant is overpriced (isnt that the case with every hotel?) why on earth anybody would choose to eat here anyway when you have such a choice in the town is beyond me. Again the bar is pricey but worth one drink or two for the view

The previous reviewer doesnt think Le Touquet has much to offer as a destination - not sure what they are talking about to be honest. Its a lively up market place with lots of restaurants - the market is fantastic also.

Whilst its not guaranteed Mediterranean weather the beach is just amazing

Noveotel Le Touquet - does what it says on the tin

The hotel was adequate, but the air conditioning did not work in the room so it was a bit hot during the night. There was free parking outside the hotel, near the street. The buffet breakfast was very good. There was was a good sized swimming pool in the hotel, filled with seawater, which was a different experience. This was free, but all the spa treatments were extra. I do not think that the room was worth £150 for one night and would not pay that again. Le Touquet does not have much to offer, a long sandy beach with some games for younger children (you have to pay for them). There is a good water park at the end of the beach, but it was too cold for us to use it and it is expensive. The outlook along the promenade is of tired looking apartments. We have stayed near Granville in La Manche region and Le Touquet is nowhere near as good. I would not bother staying again.

Great location, good food and service and friendly staff. The sunsets are spectacular when viewed from the restaurant. We come here every year for a weekend - would love to stay longer if the prices were a little better.
