The reason I booked this hotel is for its location close to Disneyland and that they offered a family room so my children were in the room with us. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are fine. The train ride to Disney is really easy! Short walk to the station and only a 5 min train trip. The train lets you out inside the Disney complex. Very convenient!

I left my DSLR camera in a taxi on the last day of our holiday (3weeks traveling in France) and the staff at the front desk went out of their way to help me. They called the company that booked the taxi and went above and beyond to attempt to retrieve the camera (many different phone calls for me). I just wanted to say thank you!

We stayed for here for 4 nights at the beginning of June. The hotel is over the road from the train station and just a few minutes away from a number of bakeries, cafes and a supermarket. It's an ideal location for both Disneyland and Val d'Europe for the big shopping centre (2 stops away). It is not ideal if your visit is for Paris itself because train tickets are expensive. Ours cost €59 each for a 5 day pass. Disney and the hotel are in the outer metro zones. If you buy train tickets make sure it's for Bussy Saint George and not Saimt George. Big price difference.

The hotel has a very nice restaurant but it has the same menu each day and is very poor for vegetarians - even the fish was in bacon sauce.

The rooms were clean and big enough but there is no kettle or fridge, and unfortunately I do this, but things placed in front of the safe had been moved around for no reason, and someone did attempt to enter our room mid afternoon but ran away when we shouted out to wait a moment. Nothing was taken but I'd advise using the reception safe if you really want to leave valuables behind and get a receipt.

I do not know if there was air conditioning or a heater; neither were needed.

The visible staff were lovely. I wish I remembered their names to support them - the young male in the restaurant in the evening especially, the young ladies for breakfast and the trainee on the reception desk, were superb!

Overall it's a good bnb for a short trip to Disneyland. It's not ideal for Paris.

We stayed here for 3 nights in May during a visit to Disneyland. The hotel is very very clean, albeit the decor in the rooms need updating.

The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful.

The location is brilliant, a couple of minutes walk to the RER which is 1 stop from a large shopping complex and 2 stops from Disneyland. Travelling the opposite direction will take you into Paris Centre in just over 30 mins.

The breakfast was good and worth the extra, especially for the convenience as we have a 2 year old. We did try a local brasserie one morning, but found it expensive for what we got, and not very child friendly.

There are some really nice local restaurants. We tried the Turkish, Chinese/Vietnamese and Japanese restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed them. Certainly better than the food served at Disneyland, and not as busy.

We would certainly stay here again and happy to recommend.

Room was very clean and not massive but easily big enough. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful whenever there was a query including letting us know that the train was the cheapest way to get directly to Disneyland which was 2 stops and 5 mins away. just be careful there is a gap in train service between 0900 and 0930 so if you get it wrong there is quite a wait. At all other times they are every 5 - 10 mins, ask for Chessy or just disneyland at the ticket desk, 12.20 euro's for 2 adults and 1 child per day. Breakfast was the best continental I've had and made a good start to the day. Supermarket is just past the train station also which has everything. Also, like a right dingbat I left my car keys in the room on the way home and they sent them home to me through the post no problem. I will definitely stay at this hotel again, all this at a third of the price of disney hotels. It's a no brainer!!!!!!!

The hotel is situated about 5 minutes walk from the Buissy-Saint-Georges RER station which is two stops away from Marne-La-Vallée Chessy station (outside Disneyland Paris). It is very convenient and has a few restaurants just outside the Hotel. The standard of room is quite satisfactory (clean, good service) and a bar downstair open at all hours for residents).

If you are looking for nice, safe and quite area to have a good sleep after a long day at Disneyland, this is your Hotel. The metro station is about 300 meters away from the hotel the next station is a nice shopping center and the station after is the wonderful Disneyland. There is also for Halal Turkish restaurant called Antalya few steps from the Hotel, a supermarket and a pharmacy too. The room was small but clean and the beds were very comfortable. The price was reasonable in comparison to Disneyland Hotels. The receptionist (blond lady I am sorry I don’t know her name) was very helpful and professional.

The baby crib was worn. I had to ask for a kettle and an iron but they were delivered immediately. The area is about 35 minutes away from Paris by metro which is not children friendly (some station in Paris center don’t have lifts nor escalators, only stairs) . Nobody helped me with my baggage
