We had a lovely 2 night stay at Eric and Sylvie's, the hosts were most accommodating and the room was finished to a high standard. Their little dog was very sweet and they have chickens in the garden. Breakfast was just right (they have a nespresso and tea maker), you get one croissant, bread, jams and cereal and yoghurt if you want it. The location is a little far out, but we managed fine and Sylvie was very helpful. Eric even gave us a couple of bus tickets to the metro so we didn't have to buy them. All in all, would certainly recommend.

Good location- close to the metro. Comfortable rooms -only downside was fact that we couldn't lock our room from the outside when we left for the day. The owner,Sylvie is most helpful with suggestions and we enjoyed the breakfasts ( especially fresh croissants and baguettes). We stayed here for 3 nights- one night our beds weren't made, but I'm sure it was just an oversight. We really liked the owners little dog - very friendly. The plumbing was a little awkward- when we returned home we received an e-mail saying that we had blocked the toilet-resulting in a costly repair of over 200 euros, even though it wasn't our fault. Sylvie spoke French to my son ,who is in French immersion at school, which was appreciated. I suspect plumbing is an ongoing issue in this old house, so beware, otherwise we would recommend wholeheartedly, a stay here

I give this accomodation the highest possible recommendation. The bedroom and bathroom are stunning and finished to the highest standards. The house itself is also lovely and from the moment you arrive you are made to feel at home. We were even given a lift to the train station when we left. The owners were such logvely people and extremely helpful too. The house is a 5 minute walk to the Metro and getting in and out of central Paris is easy. Don't stay anywhere else! :-)

Our stay at this B&B proved a highlight of an extended vacation in France, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of its gracious hosts, Sylvie and Eric. The room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable. St. Ouen is some distance from most of Paris's main tourist destinations, but a subway station is located conveniently nearby that will take you to the heart of the city in short order. The pricing is attractive. And any traveler would be well-advised to order a meal there, as Sylvie is an accomplished chef. I recommend L'Audoienne with unabashed enthusiasm.

Together with my wife and our 2 teenagers we have been quickly impressed by the warm welcome of Sylvie , you just feel home from instant one ! The house is just few blocks from the flea market and when you IN , you can appreciate the superbly decorated 2 rooms with a real "taste" . Oscar, the dog adds the magical touch to make you feel home away from home . We had it all honestly , kindness , excellent furniture, full access to internet and what about the breakfast ? A pure Delice my friends ! Thank you Sylvie for doing with such pleasure and seriousness what you do for all foreigners looking for a good place to stay in their discovery of Paris .
