Hotel was good as very near to SAP , Just a walkable five minutes distance to St. Leone Rot SAP establishment . Rooms were neat and clean. Staff was helpful. Wifi was sometimes fading out but that was manageable.
Breakfast was good with multioptions.
Will definitely recommend the Hotel

I stayed in the Fairway hotel for 2 nights and its fine as a business hotel for a short stay, especially if you are visiting SAP as most offices in Sankt Leon-Rot are walkable. Its very quiet on weekends as no doubt most visitors are there during the working week. Rooms are fair sized, basic, clean and with wifi. Only breakfast is served to no even meals or room service which is a challenge if you don't have a car, only option being the Thai restaurant next door. Reception staff are professional, multi lingual and friendly.

It's worth to go just a few kilometers away from a highway to sleep there . The place is very quiet . Rooms are clean , bedding fresh and clean , blinds in window. Only the towels shud be better . Breakfast was OK , coffee not so good.

Heard good stories about this hotel and location. Finally was able to hit it for couple of days. Modern spacious hotel, right at the door of SAP offices. Entrance is nice, hallways large and enough parking spots at the hotel's area. Breakfast is OK, but missed the croissants, if there were any. Quiet hotel as expected in Germany.

Room was clean, but something with the mattress. Don't know if it was me or a coincident, but did not get along to get a good night rest. The other guests had good stories about their naps, but next time I will try first somewhere else again. Or for sure extra sleeping bag and inflatable mattress.

You should stay here mainly because of its location. It provides quick access to town (15 mins by foot), the golf course club (2 mins), SAP offices (about 5 mins), the only restaurant in its vicinity - a Thai one (1 min) and the Hauptbahnhof (15-20 mins).
The hotel in itself is moderately equipped with a spacious breakfast room. The reason why I don't use the word 'restaurant' here is because its just that, no lunch or dinner. Just breakfast. A pretty good one. You would have to sit at the reception lobby/cafe for a strong wi-fi. The interior is pleasantly decorated and since this is a family-run business, it rubs off a homely effect onto the hotel.
On a Sunday don't expect any service because they won't have any staff. But when they do, they are extremely homely and the service is good.
