“Excellent location and amazing hotel room!”
Reviewed 4 July 2012

We stayed for two nights and loved this wonderful, quiet hotel. Took the train into Venice for the day, so easy! The hotel shuttled us for free to and from the train station. Great breakfast! The room was fantastic! Would stay again..

Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel for three nights in mid June, from arriving at the airport we were met by the hotels friendly taxi driver (which is cheaper than using other taxis, cost 30euros) this was very convenient and easy.

We called them upon landing and by the time we picked our bags up we only had a short wait. The transfer was only around 30 minutes. When we arrived we were stunned to see how beautiful the grounds were, we were promptly welcomed and escorted to our deluxe room. Well worth the extra money as it was spacious, comfortable and had fantastic interiors.

During our stay it was very quiet, despite being during peak season, which again we found very nice as we were looking for a quiet, peaceful place to relax after the hustle and bustle of Venice.

The only thing we would say, although the staff were well informed and and happy to give information about the local train connections and services we would recommend upon arrival that there should be an information pack available which would contain info on local restaurants and how Italian bus and train tickets procedures work as they are quite different to the UK!

Also we found that pricing information for the mini bar would have been useful as we found out through Trip Advisor that the price of a can of coke was 3 euros, well above the price of the local supermarket.

Francesca who worked the evening shift was very informative and always willing to make sure that we felt welcome. She arranged a reservation at the hotels restaurant which is just a two minute walk up the grounds.

The hotel also boasts having the facilities of free bike hire, which is lovely as you can get around the local town very easily. As you leave the Hotel grounds, you turn left for the local town, as its only five minutes up the road, however as we discovered if you turn right you will end up on an industrial estate!
There is also an outdoor swimming pool, which is nice to have a relaxing swim, however because it is located outdoors, we did notice the filtration could be better because of insects.

The complimentary Breakfast was to a high standard with plenty of choices, and we found this filed us up enough to miss lunch on some occasions. The hotels restaurant serves fantastic food, but if you are on a budget some may find it a little pricey.

Overall the Hotel has easy connections to Venice, the airport and other local hot spots such as Jesolo Beach. To get to Jesolo there is a local bus which takes around 40 minutes, and is the last stop so very easy to get too. Again Francesca was happy to sell us the tickets at reception beforehand.

Room Tip: Standard rooms are located on the ground floor, we would recommend upgrading to a deluxe room, which...

We stayed at the Park Hotel Junior during our visit to Venice for 2 nights. The hotel grounds are beautiful, lots of greenery around. The room we had was very spacious and had a little terrace balcony.
There is a restaurant on the grounds but it is a little on the pricier side. If you are looking for a cheaper alternative walk out of the hotel grounds and take a left, about 10 minutes down the road is a restaurant ("pizzeria") which had amazing food and good prices. Along the way is also a grocery store where you can get cheap vino and snacks :)
Breakfast was included in the hotel rate and was delicious.
The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the closest train station (just make sure to reserve a space in the shuttle ahead of time, it goes about every 1/2 hour). From there is only takes about 20 minutes to get to Venice. The hotel will also give a schedule for pickup, again reserve a spot ahead of time. I had also contacted the hotel before arriving the first day to arrange for the shuttle to pick us up from the train station, they were very accomodating.

This hotel is a great place to stay if you are budget concious and don't mind a short commute.

We would like to remember you that our restaurant offers good menu based on fish, meat or vegetarian (you can choose à la carte or some "speedy" menu with good quality/rates)....the next time you will come back here, we suggest you to try our delicious dessert (home made) THEY ARE SOOO GOOODDD!!!!
Then, thank you again for your choice and we remain always at your disposal for future requests!!! Enjoy your summer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We stayed in the park hotel junior for 3 nights and it was superb. The staff, rooms and food and all provided at a high standard and we couldn't have asked for more. It may seem to be a long distance from Venice itself but a free shuttle is available to the station and the train only takes 20 minutes. One thing that should be mentioned is to get the shuttle from the airport make sure you ring as soon as you land because they don't leave until you ring them. Overall though, it added to a brilliant experience in Italy.

We were looking for a nice hotel for our visit to Venice and we found it. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were well equipped and very clean. It was less than 10 minutes to the train station for an easy 30 minute ride into Venice. Very nice.

This is a lovely hotel and very welcoming .
This hotel was chosen by my fiance for price and mostly from the great reviews that was posted on here .We really appreciated the shuttle service and the helpfulness of the reception staff ,who answered all our questions . The shuttle ran very frequently and when we needed to get back to the hotel after a busy day sightseeing we just phoned ahead from Venice and they were ready for you when you got of the train at Quarto D'Altino 20 minutes later .
The room was absolutely stunning , a great comfort and get away from everyday life.Only one little grumble about the room was that there was no air con and when asked ,reception told us that it wasn't on as they only use it in the summer .We went in may and we had two lovely hot days of above 22 degree's and for us we would have appreciated air con as on our return to the room we found them stuffy and had to open the balcony door for some air.
The grounds were lovely and we even saw the peacock at breakfast.Breakfast was good and we always left with satisfied tummy's, but as i put on the feedback form it would have been improved by just a simple toaster .
Wi Fi is available but we had to sit in reception to use it , it did have comfy chairs to use .
Very easy connections to get to Venice .

1 , use the shuttle to train station .Roughly 5 minutes.
2 , get on the train, platform 3 . Reception sell tickets so you are ready straight away .
3 , 20 minute later you are in Venice .

It was nice train ride and got to see some sight's .
I certainly would recommend this hotel as it is reasonable priced compared to staying in Venice .
Thank you for a really nice short break .
