It's an area of cobbled streets, old stone buildings, chimney pots with nests on them, etc, and it's pretty in a theme-park-ish sort of way. The trouble is that there's practically nothing in the way of normal life - it's all but impossible to find an ordinary bar, for instance, and everyone else you see looks like another tourist - and you quickly get tired of it. By far the most interesting thing there is the museum. See separate review.
