we were expecting a nice hotel but nice dosent describe it. More like a luxury family mansion. The rooms arranged arround a central courtyard with a little fountion. The rooms are spacious, spotless with great bathrooms. The superior double have to bee seen to be believed with balconies overlooking a plaza. There is a rooftop terrace, bar, reading room, DVD, computer Internet and wifi.
Best of all was the friendly helpful service.
We were thrilled to stay here you will be to.

Excellent hotel and service. We arrived at 11.30pm feeling hassled and the night man offered to park our car, this is only a minor thing but after a 5 hour flight delay this is the attention to detail and service that separates an average hotel from a great one. Monika is a wonderful host and a mine of information nothing is too much trouble. We had a superior room, on the corner overlooking the Plaza, worth the extra. You can see why so many have given superlative ratings, it is well worth the praise

The pictures on this site don't do it justice. The hotel is a beautiful re-make; the rooms are large, the bathrooms sumptuous, the place emaculate, the rooftop terrace charming. Best of all is the staff who are knowledgeable and keen to help. In particular, Monika didn't simply answer our questions about restaurant suggestions - she chatted with us to find out more about us, then steered us in exactly the right direction. This is a place where you get well treated and well taken care of in warm, charming surroundings. When we forgot a camera battery, then sent it on by mail to our next accommodation, without so much as a question! Worth the price which is quite modest.

We were flying into Jerez mid evening at the beginning of a holiday on the Costa de la Luz so had chosen a central, well priced hotel just for the one night. In fact we wished we'd been able to stay longer. Hotel Casa Grande was a treat. Built in the style of a traditional Andalucian grand house it has very comfortable rooms with good bathrooms. There was a wide range of tasty breakfast choices served in a welcoming dining room with open blue skies above. The service was totally personal - very caring and considerate of our needs. I was particularly struck by the owner coming to say a specific goodbye to us. She'll be guaranteed a return visit from us! Thank you to her and her team.

Over the past 12 months I have stayed at over 100 hotels in Europe. In Casa Grande I found one that exceeded all others. This stunning boutique hotel provides attention of the highest order to the needs of all guests. It could be argued that even if the rooms were not exquisite, the public areas an oasis of delight, the breakfast marvellous and the security comforting you would stay there merely because of the welcome provided by part owner and manager Monika. Ably assisted by Lola, Monika has created a haven for both the business and leisure traveller. Her charm and personality unfailingly leave one feeling uplifted even without the assistance of the excellent sherry or aged brandy that may be enjoyed in the salon before venturing out in the evenings.
