Enjoyable stay, very comfortable. Views of the bridge, close to town square, and walking distance to the ruins. Great family accommodation. We had a three bedroom apartment that comfortably accommodated the five of us. It was difficult to find parking nearby. The kids loved the long pillows.

Being a fussy hotel user I really look for places that stand out to me for one reason or another. The most important is that I need to feel comfortable in it. After all traveling can be stressful and you need a haven to go back to at the end of the day.

The Aparthotel Capitolina was a little place with a lovely boutique feel with people running the place that made you feel at home instantly. So much so that we extended our stay here. We had a one bedroom apartment that was very clean, cosy and comfortable. The rooms are all of a good size with room to move. There is a little kitchenette for those who want to eat in the apartment. I really loved the double balconette doors that opened up to the cobblestoned street below.

My one little thing is the pillows. I needed more of them as they are quite thin, but that's a personal thing and I'm sure if I asked for them they would have been only too happy to get me more!

There is no parking but the public car park is just around the corner.

The restaurant is fantastic and provides a great menu where everything we had was of very good quality. It was one of our best meals so far! The team who were working there that night where friendly, helpful and genuinely nice people to us non Spanish speaking Aussies!

We were very happy with our apartment and it was perfectly located overlooking the roman bridge and the alcazar and just next to the Plaza de Espana. It was very clean and the beds were really comfortable plus it was great to have kitchen facilities and be able to make drinks or snacks as a change from having to eat out for every meal. We loved the restaurant below and would recommend it highly for deilcious, quality food at incredibly reasonable prices for the set meals.
I did find there was some road noise but this did not disturb our sleep. It is only because the cobbles of the old town make the traffic noise a bit worse and the streets are narrow. It was certainly a brilliant location in all other respects and we could watch the sunset over the bridge from our window then stroll downstairs for dinner!

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the Roman Bridge and the National Museum of Roman Art. We found a very spacious apartment with a comfortable bedroom, a high tech bath, plus a good view from its windows. As we arrived tired, we chose the restaurant, Rex Numitor, downstairs which turned out to be just superb. The food was as delicious, the presentation inviting, showing the interest and pleasure of the staff to create memorable dishes. Considering the price, this place is a superb choice.
