Stayed here one night in June 2014. IMO, this is quite a "non-traditional" hotel. Jaca is off the beaten path, and this hotel is a couple of miles outside of town, in a recently-developed residential subdivision.
The house itself is gorgeous - all stone and very well appointed. Bed excellent, zero noise from outside, considerable room-to-room noise, adequate space to unpack. No a/c, but SCREENS ON THE WINDOWS! (hallelujah). The heavy stone construction of the house keeps it reasonably cool, and then you can open the windows at night for cool fresh air. What a concept.
The owner is unbelievably attentive, and provides an excellent breakfast in the beautiful dining room.
I liked the place immensely. For me, as a light sleeper, the only drawback is that if your neighbor showers in the morning, it *will* wake you.
