Four of us stayed here on a Jet2 holiday. We had superior, sea view rooms which were very good, on a B&B basis. We found all the staff to be efficient and very friendly. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a fantastic range of choices, both hot and cold, savory and sweet. Maria looked after us at breakfast each day and she was a true delight - always friendly, chatty and nothing was too much trouble.
Because the hotel is a little way out of Lindos, we hired a car for 3 days, from Daniel at HB car rental, close to the hotel. That also was excellent value.
We ate out at most of the cafés and restaurants around the hotel and had great meals and service at all. A special mention though for Konstantin - please read my separate review.
Evening entertainment at the hotel every night was varied and fine, and the drink prices were very reasonable.
Our wives did exercise classes on two days and had a spa day with treatments - they said these were very good.
We arrived on 21 May, and the weather throughout our stay was marvelous, with long sunny days and barely a cloud.

this is one of the nicest Hotels I have ever been , lovely food, excellent staff , nice rooms and the place to go if you want to get away from it all.
Everybody was so kind and nothing was too much trouble ,the grounds are too die for and so well kept and you can walk down to the beach.
Lots of little pools and sitting place with sunbeds
Particular well done to the restaurant staff Marcin who was so good and kinds to us and also Panagswiths at the Pool bar who looked after us every day .

We stayed for a week in May and enjoyed every single day of our vacations. It takes around 40 minutes from Rhodes airport to get to the hotel. Once you finally arrive, your first impression could be that the word 'Palace' is not really appropriate as the lobby looks a bit sad from the outside. But once you enter, it all changes.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We were served with water and juice and a free upgrade for our room. So, instead of Junior suite that we initially booked we got a Family suite on the top floor. Naturally, this was a very good way to start vacations ;) And the lobby inside look really cool and modern.

The room (two rooms, actually) was lovely with great sea view and a big terrace with sunbeds and 2 more smaller balconies. As we found out later, from time to time you can run into quite big bugs and that was fine with us, however I am not sure if we would keep the door open at nights should we have a room on the first floor. The complimentary pack includes a bottle of local wine, fruits, water and mini bar with soft drinks. Also, there is a kettle and a coffee machine in the room and supplies are refilled every day. The cleaning ladies come two times per day to clean the room and then to wish you goodnight with a candy. The whole hotel area is very clean and absolutely lovely with lots of beautiful trees and roses.

The main restaurant is spaceous with most of the seats in the outside. The staff is brilliant and I can say that this could be the best team I have seen so far in the hotels. They would greet you with cheerful Kalimera / Kalispera and than continue in German, English, Russian or French. From what I've heard, many of the guys master at least one of the above languages and can understand the rest of these. As the hot season gets closer, you may want to come a bit earlier for breakfast to avoid the rush, but for the dinner you will have your very own table that would be reserved for you during all your stay. We thought it is a very good idea, as you can come any time and be sure that you will have a comfortable dinner. The food quality and variety was absolutely fine with us. And if you are not happy with the selection in the buffet, there is a cook who can give you an additional selection of 3 dishes that you can order on the spot.

Hotel facilities are spectacular with many pools and sunbeds. Make sure that you do explore the whole territory and locate all of the pools. We have discovered, for example, that most people did not know about the heated pool existance. So, in most of the cases we used it as our private pool. There is also a mini golf and table tennis that you can play for free and snooker that is for money. The Spa facilities are great and the services are well worth money you pay for the treatment. The beach is isolated - if you want to have a peaceful time with no people around, you can walk just 200m from the sunbeds and enjoy the silence and the sea. Just dont forget to take special shoes as there is no sand beaches in the area.

In general, it was a lovely vacations in a great hotel that I would definitely recommend for everyone, who is looking for peaceful time out of home. If you are looking for fun and attractions, you'd better search for other choices. The only bad thing I can call is too loud animation that you can hear from distance. We never got a chance to get a sleep before 11:30pm untill the program was over.

Room Tip: Suites 618 and 619 are the best. Don't go for Standard room with pool, it is not worth it. If yo...

Just returned from a week at this hotel. The staff and facilities are excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and every member of staff had a smile on their face and a greeting every time you passed them. The gardens are to die for with bursts of colour at every turn. we were upgraded to a room with its own pool and given two free entries to the spa and all we had requested was a quiet room so we could relax for a week. I could get used to smoked salmon and scrambled eggs for breakfast and strawberries and champagne. Our room and all of the hotel was spotlessly clean and the bed really comfortable. Tea and coffee in the room was something we were not expecting and the service in the dining room was excellent especially our waitress Pari. No queuing for anything and the indoor pool on the only day we had clouds was like warm bathwater. The spa was very good and although the beach is pebbles and shelves quite dramatically it was never crowded and the swimming and snorkelling is good. A lot of hotels could do worse than pick up on some of the extras you normally have to pay/deposit for like towels on the beach, bath robes and slippers in the rooms and allocated table in the dining room for dinner. Well done Atrium Palace we met lots of people who were there for their second or third visit, will be back. Thank you very much everyone.

Room Tip: All are good and very pretty.

I went solo, this was my return visit to The Atrium. From stepping into the hotel you are welcomed by every member of staff with a friendly Kali mera/kali spera/parakalo. Rooms cleaned everyday with staff checking early evening if you need anything replacing. Food in abundance. Everything you need for a relaxed and chilled out time. Not alot of shops around but there is a small shop on site, for anything you might want. No hustle or bustle, bus to Lindos runs daily.

Room Tip: Personally rooms away from the main reception area, are best, the you can't hear the tribute act...

We stayed here for 11 nights at the beginning of May 2014. We stayed in room 17 which had its own pool, the room was beautifully decorated and well equipped, had a lovely modern bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The terrace outside the room which looked out onto our small pool was always in the shade but the pool got sun on it for a few hours in the day.
On our first day we discovered that the safe, the kettle, jacuzzi bath & the fridge didn't work, we contacted reception and they were very quick to fix or replace all these things, but it did give us the feeling that we had arrived early season & nothing had been checked before our arrival.
We ate breakfast in the hotel every morning, there was an excellent choice of food, we chose a large bowl of fresh fruit and a freshly cooked omelette every morning, the service was very friendly.
We chose not to eat dinner in the hotel because we found an excellent restaurant (Konstantins) across the road.
The location was somewhat isolated, it was difficult to walk anywhere, beach was very stony and there was quite a steep slope into the sea, not suitable for young children.
We took a bus into Rhodes town, the bus stop was a 5 minute walk from the hotel, but the trip took 1 1/2 hours on a very crowded bus. The bus trip to Lindos was about 10 minutes in the other direction.
We were unlucky with the weather and only had 5 good days out of 10. We used the spa on a rainy day which was ok but nothing special, the water and the ambient air was not warm enough and there wasn't much too it but at 12 euros for the day it was good value

Room Tip: Pool rooms are very nice & quiet, away from hustle and bustle of hotel, although the walls are t...
