Arrived at Lindos View about 5am.Was very happy with the room and service on arrival. We stayed in room 635 right at the very back of the property. Nearly fell out of bed 2 hours later when I heard the donkeys airing there lungs. The donkeys where our neighbours for the next 11 days. We got used to them. Our room was very big for just 2 people. Always cleaned and fresh towels. My only gripe about the room was the 2 electric rings never got hot enough. I had to boil an egg in the kettle as it was on the cooker for an hour and not signs of boiling. It is ok for tea and toast. There is a fridge for bits and bobs.
You have a lovely view from the pool of the acropolis. Unfortunately it is very busy as about 20 coaches per day from all over the island come full of tourist to see it. The little winding passage are mobbed of a day for the same reason. However at night they are much easier to get around. The bays are beautiful. Everywhere is clean and well cared for. I can say this for most of Rhodes. The people are amongst the nicest people you will meet.
You will have a walk down to Lindos village however. You can either get a donkey back up or enjoy the exercise. All the food is good.
We traveled the island both on scooter and by car. This is a must don’t just stay in Lindos. If you don’t want to drive take a bus. You can get a timetable at reception.
Places to see are many.Lardos,Pefkos and up the other end the old Rhodes & Kremasti. We liked Kremasti that much we bought a house there last week.

W have just returned from a family holiday at these apartments the occasion was for a family wedding we had a great time the apartments were clean spacious the food was good they held the wedding reception upstairs in the restaurant which was great the food and service and the decoration was good.Taxis we found in the area were only cheap and some of thew family went to Rhodes old town for a day out we were to hungover haha.I would reccomend this for couples and familys but not groups of boys or girls as this is definetly a family place. The staff were more than helpful on one occasion the air con in the room was leaking water but was fixed immediatly. We booked through thomsons you can also book through mytravel but with Thomsons you get the newer apartments to the rear of the complex which are slightly bigger and more modern overall brillant and would mose definetly go back.

Lindos View
Fantastic time 22/08/07-05/09/07
what a hotel with 2 pools and a games room for children ,rooms are clean spacious, fresh towels and bed linen everyday except sunday , fantastic staff , roof top restaurant a must with a view of Acropolis. Entertainment good .
Lindos village very pretty , BILLY'S bar a must very cheap and excellent bar food ; Special Pizza's are fantastic. Billy and Sambrina the perfect hosts even have a big screen for the footaball . We were there for Sambrina's birthday night and were lucky to be included in the celebrations by her familly we where honoured by this great night . Billy's is in a little side street opposite the Red Rose Bar please try it and judge for yourself .
A tip if visiting acropolis go 7.30 in morning , it opens at 8 am , very quiet then , not to hot , lots of tours after 10am very busy .
Fantastic holiday will be returning again next year ,

Stayed here with my girlfriend from 15th July to the 28th, and even rocking up at three in the morning the place looked amazing. The Thomson brochure didn't do it justice.

Our apartment was to the rear of the complex, I've been told it was a newer build than those at the front. It was spacious, clean, and we even had daily maid service. Air conditioning is a must, but is an extra €100 for a fortnight.

The pool area was attractive, especially the front pool. However I was disappointed to see we've become worse than the Germans for sunbed grabbing! I had to make daily 8am walks, hungover, to book our beds for the day. One or two incidents of people blasting music out from portable speakers, not so bad if it weren't R&B :(

The bar meals and restaraunt were good value and the food excellent, however the measures on the drinks were a bit stingy by my experiences! The walk into Lindos is short but steep, but in the evening it really is a beautiful little village, with lots of choice for food, and pleasant rooftop dining aplenty.

I'd strongly recommend this place to couples and families alike, although I would suggest Faliraki for the lad / ladette holiday mob.
