“Bit Pricey”

Absolutely stunning interior. Definitely the most beautiful restaurant we visited with a huge olive press dominating the inside of the restaurant. We sat on the upper terrace, lovely view. Choice of food was limited which is not a bad thing but we did find it the most expensive restaurant we visited and food was the same quality as the others.

“So good we went twice”
Reviewed 20 June 2014

A lovely restaurant with an old olive oil press inside. As well as the ubiquitous (for Lindos) roof terrace, there is a pretty courtyard downstairs which was welcome on our first visit when it was pretty windy. On both occasions we shared dishes from the starter menu - all very good and generous portions. The food is beautifully presented and everything we had - salads, sausages, squid - was delicious. If you don't fancy Greek food they also do burgers - we didn't try them but they looked good. Don't forget to look at the olive press after you've eaten.

“Brilliant food in historic building”
Reviewed 18 June 2014

In Lindos for five nights we ate here twice, both times absolutely A1. We picked four each time from the 'starter' listings: servings are large. For example, the 'bon bons' are like spring rolls, crisp and filled with flavour. The 'sausage and mushrooms' was a first rate loukanika-style banger grilled with fungi that included at least two morels; a lobster salad included a generous quantity of that spanking-fresh flesh plus a spoonful of fish eggs and a smear of bottarga as well as a complex and interesting assembly of leaves. The service is charming, attentive but not intrusive or hectoring, the wine is not greedily marked up. The chef-patron has taken over a 300-year old building with the olive press still there and a Hellenistic lion-head sticking out from the back wall. You can eat on the roof terrace, in the courtyard or inside. Our bills for all this, each including a €20 bottle of wine (the EMERY Athiri is very good) were €59 and €75 respectively. At tourist joints nearby you're paying that for crap. Go!

“Amazing! one of the best!”
Reviewed 16 June 2014

You would not believe this restaurant has only been open a month from the way the staff made you feel relax and at ease. You walk down a small alley to find a unique and beautiful 300 year old Olive mill . Many of the original features still exist, including the Olive mill, which create an amazing setting for dinner. Although, that's not the only amazing part of the restaurant as the food is fantastic and the service is relaxed.enough that you feel completely at ease and not rushed. Top 3 restaurant, if not the best.

“Excellent food”
Reviewed 14 June 2014 via mobile

Visited here last week for a meal. Would have gone again but only in lindos for a week and had so many resteraunts to visit. My wife and I had a starter and main course each. Both were very good. We had filo pastry 'Bon bon's were amazing for the starter. For main course I had the fillet steak and my wife the pork. Both were really nice. The steak was amazing and cooked to perfection. You can eat downstairs or on the roof top. We chose to sit on the rooftop and it was not far from where they were show cooking the food. Romantic atmosphere. Excellent service. Downstairs at the back of the resteraunt is a glass wall which protects the ruins of pots and various other things that were found in the building many years ago. The staff were very attentive. Highly recommend a visit. The staff advised that the resteraunt had only been opened two weeks so there are little reviews otherwise this would be in the top 5 resteraunts In lindos I'm sure. Price wise? All the resteraunts in lindos are pricy in my opinion so it was average priced. Paid about €55 for two courses and drinks.
