I travelled on my own; my first totally solo holiday. If you are a solo traveller, you will be likely to be given one of the single rooms on the lowest level just above the pool. This means if you are sitting on your balcony during the day, you can feel a little exposed. I asked to move rooms but was unable to. The room was very clean and cleaned everyday. Yes, the bathroom is small but so what? It was spotless and that's what matters. The hotel provide a beach towel and wifi is available at a very reasonable cost. The food is fine (if a little bit on the boring side occasionally) and drinks are very reasonably priced, especially happy hour! The ability to top your (small) wine glass up as often as you like at dinner also saves on the budget. The pool is crowded but the terraces are lovely and I never had problems getting a sun bed. Limone is a lovely little town and the hotel run a very reliable shuttle bus which I used a few times; I didn't walk it because I visited in August and everyone that walked in or back looked exhausted and I was on holiday to do very little! There is a fridge in the room and a socket for charging the multitude of electronic devices we travel with today. The tv only has one English Channel but this isn't important. Take the opportunity to go to Verona (stunning) and do the wine tour. Would I go back? Yes. Perfectly decent hotel in a stunning location with beautiful views; a little disappointing room placement as a solo traveller but realistically; how much time do you spend in your room?

Just returned from a week at Hotel Panorama. it was a special holiday, we arrived on 7th September on our Wedding Anniversary and from the moment we arrived, it was just wonderful. EVERYONE in the hotel was so friendly and looked after us brilliantly. The room was lovely and the view breath-taking. Yes, the shower cubicule is small, but big enough for one person! And the swimming pool was freezing. But overall, the room was beautiful, we couldn't have asked for a nicer room. The managment had a bowl of fruit and a lovely card for us, and then they sent a bottle of fizz up for us too. Thank you so much. The food was excellent and the trips were very very good, the Dolomites are sooooooooo beautiful. We will be returning hopefully next year. The funny thing is, we BOTH "thought" it was our 40th Wedding Anniversary, but it turns out that it was only our 39th..so we simply MUST return next year to celebrate our proper 40th Anniversary with you. Anyone thinking of this hotel, please go, you will NOT be disappointed, it is fabulous, there is honestly nothing I could complain about....Thank you everyone at the Hotel Panorama, we will be back next year....for our proper 40th!!!

Fabulous hotel with brilliant views and lovely staff. The restaurant, bar and bedrooms all had fantastic views over the lake. The bedroom and en-suite were spotless and the bedding and towels were changed daily. The rooms were on the small side but were very adequate and the air conditioning was a definite bonus as we were there in August. We made some great friends from all over the uk and would definitely return one day.

Went on 17th August 2013 for two weeks to the Hotel Panorama. The views from the hotel were simply amazing! The staff were lovely and very helpful and the hotel itself very clean. It is an ideal location if you want peace and quiet which we did. The food was excellent and the free wine/beer with the meal an added bonus. An ideal place to holiday if you need peace and tranquility. The walk into Limone took us about 25 mins which we enjoyed doing most evenings, although there was also the opportunity to use the free curtesy bus provided by the hotel. We will always remember this holiday.

This hotel and its staff are brilliant. Don't believe any negative reviews. You only get one English speaking television channel on the tv but who goes to Italy to watch tv. The shower cubicle is small but who cares. The room we had was large with awesome views. The food was really good with plenty of choices. The staff were extremely friendly and loved playing with our baby Jack. Special mention to Bianca and Adrianna in the restaurant.
The walk into Limone was a little bit of a trek with a babies buggy but a small price to pay for staying in this lovely hotel. The fee beer and wine with dinner was a nice touch as we're the free beech towels. There was even a towel for the beech for our baby. I have never returned to a hotel before but I can't wait to return to this one.
