This is a well presented modern flat with a few problems to be reported. The aparent is spacious and bright, the forniture is modern and minimalist; the finishing are good. The location is not bad: the flat is not close to the center of the town where bars and restaurants are but it is close to the sea, although not to any beach, just rocks as Marsascala has only 2 tiny strips of sand anyway. The walk in wordrobe in the main bedroom was a nice surprise. However there are a few problems that need to be reported:
1- the mattress in the main bedroom is not very ccomfortable, you can feel the springs when you lay on it
2- the bathroom smells often of sewage
3- the shower has very little pressure and the shower head is broken (some water comes out the sides so that the pressure is even lower)
4- the kitchen is not well equipped and it is not easy preparing meals with the few tools you have available. The frying pans are very old and the non sticky layer has almost completely come off (which is unhealthy). I had my own pans as I came to Malta to live and did not complain but if I had been there on holiday I wouldn't have known where to cook. Cutlery is not enough.
The price is not bad: compared to other holiday rentals it was still cheap but I still think it is overpriced for its standards.
