Stayed for one night to see the Stranglers. Nice clean room, although not that big. Staff are well turned out and helpful. Escalators take you to the restaurant on the top floor. Hotel is well used by customers and looked packed. Snacks in Reception are pricey. Nice bar which stays open til late.

Due to the great royal airplane company, I had to stay to this hotel during one night. The room is small, but it was clean. Is a very basic hotel: there is only liquid soap, and that in a very small quantity. If you need everything else, you won't get it here. The hotel is full, rather noisy, during the night you can hear the others going on the hallway, more than that you have to close your window due to an artificial lake full of frogs that make terrible sounds all night long.
The breakfast is more like a snack, there aren't many things, and you feel like you are in a college diner. Is very noisy, and you have to move fast so to let other people get their meal.
The hotel is close to the airport, 10 minutes drive with the shuttle. At the reception you can find out the timetable of the shuttle. I presume that if you want to go to the town, you have to take the shuttle to the airport and from the airport take the train to the center.
The price of the room is too high if you consider the services.

We are indeed the biggest hotel of the BENELUX and therefore quite busy 24 hours.

This my second time in this hotel in 3 weeks and twice with problems. First time I got a room that wasn't cleaned and took requested 30 minutes to solve. Second time problems with the reservation and the attitude of the clerk was awful and arrogant. When our travel agency sent the orders to said everything were dealt we kept his attitude. It took 1 hour to solve. Well a bad experience in this hotel that doesn't correspond to the Ibis standards.

Excellent location for both the airport and the motoroway network. I arrived on a late flight so took the shuttle bus to the hotel and the following morning my contact collected me easily. Bus takes about 10 minutes. The room is what you expect from an Ibis:small but comfortable. There are a number of restaurants : Pizza/Pasta, French, "International". Brekafast was fine. All in all very reasonable for a late arrival/late departure from Schipol.

Hotel, room:
Hotel design is very modern and elegant and somewhat looks like "Ikea" show room! As expected from "Ibis" it is for budget but room space is utlized well and clean. It is a very big hotel and they use multiple escalators to go upstairs (kind of unsual for hotels). Anyway escalators are faster than waiting at elevators.
I did not use hotel transport for airport or to downtown but this will be a great amenity for some travelers who just need to sleep between flight or even use this hotel to explore downtown for a day or so.

Food:
Extensive items and many warm food offered with included breakfast. is 100,000% better than Ibis Earl Court hotel I was in London.

A return to Amsterdam arriving at 9pm we decided to stay at Schiphol as opposed to the City Centre and having stayed here before decided to return for a third time
The bus transfer from the terminal takes 5-10 minutes as the hotel is situated just to the North of the Terminal
Check in was a little slow and no formal queue which meant it was a lottery how long you waited
Our room was in the new annex and was very clean and comfortable An added bonus was a view toward the airport in the distance so we could see aircraft taking off and landing
Breakfast is in the main hotel building on the 4th floor and is self service open from 4am til 1130
There was a reasonable selection of hot and cold food but not worth Eu 17
We ate an enjoyable dinner in the restaurant which was very clean, good service and quite good value
The bus transfer to the airport was scheduled for 1208 but was running late picking up at 1235 As bus drops off and picks up at the Ibis Budget hotel first, there were some passengers unable to get on and had to wait for the next service
