My self and two friends were playing here when at the 8th hole two old members jumped in front of us , they were walking and we had buggies . Their play was slow to say the least and over the next 10 hole we gave them every chance to play through , I the end it took near four and a half hours to play our round. Having to wait to play every shot.
This then held up a two ball who was behind us aswell.
The course marshal was no where to be see and when eventually got back to the pro shop the young lady called the manager who to be honest was nothing but rude and could not see what the problem was.
We then email oceanic to complain direct to complain and they have even failed to respond , We come here every year to play and up until now have had no problems what so ever.
If this is their idea of customer care then they have just lost out on some loyal patron returning.
