I am shocked that my Lonely Planet book even had this listed as an option. There was a nasty thunderstorm the night we stayed and I thought the hotel was going to fall off the cliff. The room was better than the exterior, however, the bathroom sink leaked and the bathroom window was shattered. As far as the staff goes, they were too busy watching MTV and looking at their phones all night for us to get decent service. We had to ask for everything: Drink, food, and bill. I have to say the food was very good and the restaurant was very busy.
