We stayed here for two nights and it was the perfect Travelodge experience. A family room that actually had decent beds for the kids instead of the normal sofa and pull out bed.
It is a relatively new hotel so it is very clean and tidy everywhere. The pub next door is good value and has a carvery as well as typical pub grub and when we were there, kids ate free before a certain time in the evening so that was a bonus.
The pub also does a superb breakfast on a Saturday and Sunday from 9am which was great value at £3.49 for a full cooked breakfast.
This is a Travelodge at the end of the day so it is never going to be 5 star luxury, but for a budget hotel you would have to go a long way to beat it.More
