We stayed at Kikar Lodge from 15th March to 18th March and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Drive into the lodge through the village around was a bit rough but as we reached the lodge, the facilities were quite good. The food was excellent, service by the courteous staff was also good though some of the room furniture in the cottages needs an upgrade. Swimming pool should have a life guard. Overall the facilities were quite good and that is a great solace as there is nothing around this jungle retreat. The adventure sports team particularly the flying fox team was superb and made our stay memorable. We did all the adventure sports right from flying fox to rappelling, paint ball and quad bikes. A great place to stay particularly when you have a large group of family/friends.

Room Tip: Opt for cottages which are away from swimming pool if you want to enjoy a quite stay....

We went to THE Kikar Lodge in the last week of Dec 2013 with 3 families and had a fantastic time. We did lots of team activites as well e.g. paint ball in the jungle etc. It was very unique experience in the private jungle property.

It is better to stay in the hut away from swimming pool and near to Jungle

Room Tip: It is better to stay in the hut away from swimming pool and near to Jungle

Stayed for 3 nights in Feb 2013 on a official convention. Hotel staff made sure right from check in till we left, we were treated and taken care really well. The resort/lodge is in middle of a no mans land and the pickup arrangement to the hotel from the nearby village was well arranged. Once inside the premises, we stayed in individual cottages which had all amenities. The cottages were well spaced out and the rooms were large and spacious and gave a total feeling of being inside the jungle. The place was safe for everyone to live in. Hospitality was great and every evening we the post conference arrangements were splendid. The owner of the property joined us one evening and he appeared to be a warm and friendly guy with a lot of attention on detailing.
Overall we spent good 3 days and long to return with family for such a special outing close to nature.

Room Tip: There are cottages and there are rooms, select the cottages which are further away to experience liv...

We were travelling with our two children nine and 12-years old and found this to place to be a perfect getaway from the city. The rooms were nice, food was good and the activities were a lot of fun. We will definitely go back in the summer time.

I went with my family, A couple and 4 year old baby. I didn't find anything exciting there. Adventure activities was every costly. Done few of those but didn't find very much exciting. Room service was very poor. For any stuff in the room we need to call them 2 to 3 times or sometimes they don't even pick the phone. Instead of this resort , we should try some other resort as it was total hopeless experience.

Room Tip: Nothing good.
