“Good relaxing place!!”
Reviewed 21 April 2014

I stayed for 2 nights with my family in the Family Deluxe Suite , Good accommodation as you are in nature's lap. The best part was i was allowed with my pet. my Teenage son has the adventure activities to keep him busy. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Food is ok carry your own dry food snacks items as we didnt liked the snacks(not enough choice also) that we ordered during tea time. The best part was there was no mobile signals in the Garden View Accommodation so fully relaxing. But if you need mobile network just reach towards the forest view cottages .
If you really like to stay near to nature this is the best place to relax and rejuvenate .

Room Tip: Garden view room donot have mobile signals so you can opt for forest view cottages

Dear Vaishali,
Thank you for your feedback.
I have already look into the snacks for the evening tea so that you or any other guests do not need to carry their own nick nacks.
Being dog lovers ourselves we encourage people to bring their pets along with them so that they too can run around and enjoy themselves.

I look forward to having you and your family visit us soon.

I have visited Kikar Lodge twice and loved it both times.
The staff were all friendly and helpful and eager to be of assistance.
The resort has lots to do if you want to be busy and yet has many quiet spots to sit with a good book and chill out.
And who would have expected to find such an amazing sauna at Kikar?
Truly a great place to relax!

Room Tip: I loved the cottages with the hills directly behind. A quiet coffee in the morning overlooking the j...

We stayed at Kikar Lodge from 15th March to 18th March and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Drive into the lodge through the village around was a bit rough but as we reached the lodge, the facilities were quite good. The food was excellent, service by the courteous staff was also good though some of the room furniture in the cottages needs an upgrade. Swimming pool should have a life guard. Overall the facilities were quite good and that is a great solace as there is nothing around this jungle retreat. The adventure sports team particularly the flying fox team was superb and made our stay memorable. We did all the adventure sports right from flying fox to rappelling, paint ball and quad bikes. A great place to stay particularly when you have a large group of family/friends.

Room Tip: Opt for cottages which are away from swimming pool if you want to enjoy a quite stay....

We went to THE Kikar Lodge in the last week of Dec 2013 with 3 families and had a fantastic time. We did lots of team activites as well e.g. paint ball in the jungle etc. It was very unique experience in the private jungle property.

It is better to stay in the hut away from swimming pool and near to Jungle

Room Tip: It is better to stay in the hut away from swimming pool and near to Jungle

Stayed for 3 nights in Feb 2013 on a official convention. Hotel staff made sure right from check in till we left, we were treated and taken care really well. The resort/lodge is in middle of a no mans land and the pickup arrangement to the hotel from the nearby village was well arranged. Once inside the premises, we stayed in individual cottages which had all amenities. The cottages were well spaced out and the rooms were large and spacious and gave a total feeling of being inside the jungle. The place was safe for everyone to live in. Hospitality was great and every evening we the post conference arrangements were splendid. The owner of the property joined us one evening and he appeared to be a warm and friendly guy with a lot of attention on detailing.
Overall we spent good 3 days and long to return with family for such a special outing close to nature.

Room Tip: There are cottages and there are rooms, select the cottages which are further away to experience liv...
