A beautiful B & B, the owners are rightly proud of their home. We had a two- night stay, while attending a wedding in the village- the location couldn't have been more perfect. Rooms were spacious, and immaculate. Breakfast was cooked by Andy and just couldn't be faulted, even down to home-made croissants....all delicious. A very quiet location, we slept very well. On our arrival, we were met by Michelle, who immediately offered to book us a table at a local pub- The George and Dragon- a great recommendation! Overall, a great stay, with a friendly welcome.

We stayed there last night and I must say, it was really good. The room and en suite were spacious, with nice touches of free wi fi, toothpaste etc. The full English breakfast was superb and there were several other options if you wanted something different. We went to the George and Dragon for our evening meal, which is about 10 - 15 minutes away.
Andy and Michelle are and should be, rightly proud of this hidden gem. Would definitely recommend it.

Stayed here for one night whilst visiting local attraction. Upon arrival met by the owner, who showed us around. Have to say is a lovely property with guest areas/lounges, one of which has fantastic views over the local countryside. The owner served us tea and cake which was great after a fairly long drive! The rooms are finished to a very high standard- en suite bathroom was stunning! In the morning the owner had to be up early as he was busy that day (he had told me about this at the time of booking), so we chose to get up later and have a continental breakfast (homemade croissants, toast, yoghurt, fruit salad, cereals) rather than get up early and have a cooked breakfast. This was actually good of him as on the phone I had just agreed to get up early!

We walked into the village that night and it really isn't far, probably more like 5 minutes than 10, with a couple of decent local pubs.

Overall a fantastic B & B, with very good service and decorated to a much higher standard than most I've been to!

Thanks very much!

Beautiful property fantastic facilities, lovely room, spotless, lots of nice touches and with a great breakfast very very good value for £80. A 10 Minuit walk into the village so not centrally located, but lots of lovely views to open countryside and nice gardens.
The only quibble was that when we arrived we had cycled across Norfolk and were exhausted. The owner knew this yet insisted that we wait outside for 10 Minuits without a drink hilt he conducted a ‘tour’ with other guests. We did on occasion feel that we were being shown round, and living in, a show home from a magazine, however the owner is quite rightly proud of his fantastic B and B, but maybe should put his guest’s requirements first.

Room Tip: Bring slippers ,it's shoes off outside , and be prepared to be told what to do

Whilst this is a lovely house, beautifully presented, it is not very sound proof and I was kept awake all night by another guest snoring loudly in one of the other bedrooms - I was in the Sahara suite. The location was quiet and I was hopeful of a peaceful, quiet night's sleep but unfortunately, I was making tea at 04.00 in the morning!! Perhaps I was just unlucky!

Room Tip: A tip if you are staying, take some indoor slippers with you as the hosts request that you don't...

We don't usually stay in B&B's but were very impressed with Sunset House and I would definitely rate it as 5 Stars. I agree with previous reviews. Bedroom, en suite, breakfast, cleanliness, parking, all top class, and nothing is too much trouble for the owners Andrew and Michelle. Would stay again.

Room Tip: We booked last minute and got the Venice suite ( which is very good ), but on another occasion I wou...

There is not much more I can say than what a lovely little hideaway.

This place is far better than I imagined. Andrew made us feel like it was a home away from home.

Tea/Coffee and cakes on arrival, a chat informing us about the area and a tour of the lovely house. A credit to Andrew as this house was designed and built by him so you can imagine the care taken with this b&b.

Every room is lovely and perfectly clean, the bathrooms are huge with walk in showers and all the added extras of towels and toiletries.

The shared areas are beautiful with lovely views of fields. Sit outside on the decking and listening to the horses and other farm animals in the field next door.

The food was perfect and I could not fault it. Full English and still have the options of fresh warm croissants with jam and even cereals. We were very spoilt and was offered more even after we had finished all of that.

A few nice pubs near by, 2 within walking distance which you can get a good meal at.

Andrew could not do enough for us as I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a lovely place to stay. Defiantly a 5* from me :)

Room Tip: All rooms are lovely...
