We came across this restaurant by accident, but we would recommend it to anyone. It's very close to the cathedral in Frascati. It has only been open for a few months. The management team are young and enthusiastic and the chef certainly knows how to prepare and serve good food. The decor is simple but clever. We had a bottle of good local wine and felt that these guys really enjoy being of service to you. We wish them luck. If they continue in the way that they have started, they'll make a success of it - and on this showing they deserve to.
