We were a group of golfers who found that the hotel suited our needs perfectly. The staff could not have been more helpful or attentive. The hotel is located one street back from the seafront and there is plenty of parking space in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant was an unexpected asset - excellent breakfasts and high quality evening meals with reasonably priced fixed menus. The only downside was the cramped bathrooms in the comfort rooms.

We were lucky enough to get the last room in this hotel on probably the busiest week of he year for them. Although the hotel reception and elevator have an old style the room was quite modern. It was perfect for my dad and I who were just staying there for one night. The bed was extremely comfortable, better than some beds I've had in 5 Star hotels. Bathroom was also nice although I think there should be a curtain for the bath/shower since water sometimes sprays everywhere. Breakfast was very good with good choices. Only really negative was that the WiFi was very poor in the hotel even at the reception. Overall a great stay though at a very reasonable price for Knokke.

Room Tip: 4th floor is nice because no is above you and you have a nice view and try to get it some what farth...

THe hotel room was cramped. The rooms were refurbished in a schizophrenic way - some things were really new, like the shower unit, and others look like they were eons old - the red carpet from the early 90's perhaps? There were no decent bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but I think there are only a couple in this overpriced beach town. The cheeful, helpful staff and the comfortable bed were the only 2 redeeming things. Wi-fi was really iffy. I wouldn't come back.

We stayed here for a weekend end february.Cold and snow.
The staff is very friendly and does everything to make you feel comfy.
The hotel is renovated some time ago but not in the best way.
Rooms are o.k. , nothing special but clean.
Breakfast is o.k. , diner is for it's price (€29,-) at the most average.
I think it's a real family hotel and I think that a lot of families return here every year.

Room Tip: We had room 309.this is on the left side with a view on the typical houses here.this room is quiet a...

We stayed in a family room with our 2 children (spacious room with double bed and bunk bed), which looked really nice. Hotel is located 100 metres from the beach where we had a drink in Buddha beach bar which was great!

Staff is friendly and helpfull, reception closes at 11PM.(you can still enter the hotel with your key)

One evening we had diner in the hotel's restaurant (reservation advised) which was very good! (3 course menu for €25,00 p.p.)
