The summer season is the time to visit to see the plants at the best although if you are a real botanist you may be content at anytime. It is about 80m x 100m enclosed by walls with a fountain and low beds and seating. There is a nice view of the frontage of the Domkirke and it is a pleasant place to rest a while. The caretakers always put a lot of thought into the layout, coordination and planting of the wide variety of plants and flowers.
