The majority of tables are on a delightful veranda with views to the distant coast. Service was excellent and appropriate.
The quality of the entrees suggested that we were in for an excellent dinner. It was not to be. Just three choices are available for Le Plat, beef, pork or fish. The pork, while appropriately cooked, was two lumps of meat and little else, and similarly with the beef.
The apricot tart dessert was no better than that produced in thousands of patisserie across France. Our bill was the highest of our two week holiday but ranked no higher than fourth for food. Check out La Farigoulette in La Fossette as an alternative.
