First, let me say that last year we stayed at the Castillo in Mallorca and the Kempinski in Estepona and this hotel is far superior to either of these.
From the moment we arrived, and were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine, everything was first class. If you are looking for a small hotel, with excellent accommodation, good food, and attentive and discreet service, not to mention the peace and quiet - then this is a must.
We had a category B room, with a private terrace, facing the palm trees and dunes. The room was spacious and well equipped, with everything you need. Regular supplies of water and fruit, tea and coffee and a daily paper if you wish, all complimentary.
The restaurant: The buffet breakfast was excellent. We booked half board, which turned out to be excellent value for money. You could of course eat from the a la carte menu, with a supplement for some dishes.
The pool area was peaceful and relaxing, with the usual pool service.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful - and we can't wait to return.More
