    Lovely hotel, excellent staff.

Only complaint is maybe a bit far from the bars etc but I guess that's why you go all inclusive!

I would love to meet the person from first choice who thought this was a 5 star hotel it is barley 3 stars in my opinon and the offical is 4 stars. The food is terrible, cold, lack of choice, over cooked, lunch was particuarly poor unless you like chicken nuggets and dried out old salad. There are no parasols at the pool you have to buy one. The entertainment was awful the onsite animation team do nothing so you sit about till 10 to get someone trying to sing in english totally rubbish. The bedrooms where ok but cheap pillows the bathrooms need redone old fashioned. If you want 4 star quality go elsewhere I don't know why there are so many good reviews the Lulabay group is far superior and better priced.

    Room Tip: Go elsewhere

Hotel clean, room spacious, although the double bed was big the mattress was slightly hard.Pools all very clean and well maintained.Weather very good.We visited this hotel7years ago and found it to be good so,decided to return, the hotel really had not changed I thought it might had upgraded a bit, still remain good 4star rated but I found the staff in dining room no longer have a rappor with visitors as they no longer show you to the table or serve you drinks, all drinks are now on pumps in dinning room.Round pool you have to get all drinks yourself from the bar,no waiters round pool area at all.Reception staff excellent and very friendly.Evening entertainment was poor compared to previous vist.Use to be able to get a good pot of tea from bar but, no longer a tea bag and cup .Internet still only available in reception area they have a few terminals and for one or two euros you can use them but I took my iPad thinking they would have it in room and pool side but no.Good clean hotel ,lovely weeks holiday but could improve in some areas.

Room Tip: ,pool view good and ask for double bed if you want one we did and got one

Me and my boyfriend have just got back from a 2 week all inclusive stay at the Tabaiba Princess and we had a fantastic time!

The food was great and plenty to choose from - we were abit worried that the food selection in the evening would be repeated the second week but it wasnt and we always found something nice to eat.

Same with the evening entertainment, we watched a different show each night for 2 weeks! Shows varied from singers/dancers, comedy, magic, snakes, quizzes etc - some of the shows weren't brilliant but you can always venture over to the Maspalomas Princess to watch their show instead! Please note that if you do this then you need to take your drinks over too as they don't provide all inclusive drinks. Also the piano bar showed football matches and the grand prix whilst we were there.

Our room was really nice and spacious with a nice view of the pool area and was a sun trap in the afternoon.

The pool areas within the hotel are very impressive and kept very clean. There was lots of sunbeds to choose from and unlike some reviews we had no experience of people putting towels down at the crack of dawn! We came down at around 11 each morning and there was always plenty of choice where we wanted to lounge for the day!

We booked a few trips through our holiday rep (there are lots to choose from) but I have to recommend to book the meal and show at the Musical Hall Tavern - It was the funniest night of our holiday and definitely worth the money! We were in tears of laughter for hours!

Overall we had a great time and would defiantly return in the future. After reading a few bad reviews on here beforehand we got slightly worried but I can honestly say they're talking rubbish! :)

Just returned from a two week holiday at Tabaiba Princess. This was our first visit and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was interesting to see noted that the Maspalomas Princess next door was a mirror image, and that the pool area was shared. This didn't mean that sunbeds were in short supply, but June is apparently a quieter month, so it may be different at peak times.
The food was great and there was plenty to choose from, however, it would have been helpful if the information cards above the food displayed dietary details. This is done at other hotels but not this one. Lunches were excellent too, and we liked the fact that snacks were available poolside as well as in the main dining room. It was quite interesting that guests had to serve their own drinks at mealtimes in the dining room - even beer and wine, but that didn't seem to cause any problems.
The all-inclusive option was good value, although it was quite obvious that some people were taking advantage more than they should have been, by ordering more than one drink per person, when this was not actually permitted. However, that said, the bar staff didn't seem to bother.
There were a number of cats around the pool area, which might not have been to everyone's liking, but they didn't bother us.
The room was nice and comfortable, but I would point out that the air conditioning was a little ineffective. One major concern was that the cost of using the safe in the room was excessive. It seems that all of these hotels charge for this facility now - its just any easy way for them to make money, and is not very fair.
However, this is a lovely hotel and we'd recommend it to anyone. We had a great time, and we would go back

One general comment, aimed at First Choice and Thomson is that their new policy for not providing pre booked meals on the plane, is not ideal. It means that they can no longer guarantee to cater for special dietary requirements, which is inconvenient.
