Just got back from a week all inclusive at these bungalows. First impressions were good. Unusually brightly painted bungalows in a quiet location. Accommodation was good with nice surroundings. We were greated by a very friendly Yvonne who welcomed us as English speaking guests as the only other Brits were leaving the next day. We weren't too worried at first but as the holiday progressed we longed for other Brits to chat to and pas the time of day as the whole of the complex wer either German or Spanish. We had no problem with that but it really would have been a pleasant change to chat to someone British. Had a lovely relaxing week but struggled to find somewhere local to chill out of an evening without having to undertake a long walk or taxi ride to another location. We don't mind a nice stroll but the walks were really boring with nothing to look at or a bar to drop in to. However, taxi fares are realy cheap, only costing about 3 euros max to a local "hot spot".
Cleaners only came in to our room 3 times max the whole week, changed the towels once and didn't change the bed linen at all. Not satisfactory as there is no air con or fans so you do tend to "perspire" quite a lot a night.
Food was good on the whole, we didn't struggle to find anything nice to eat, and some nights the food included delicious calamari and steaks! No yummy deserts but that suited us as we didn't want to be tempted with pasties and cakes so were quite happy to have melon and save ourselves for our drinks which were quite good. Delicious ice cream on tap though for those who have a sweet tooth.
The lovely Irish ladies, Yvonne the waitress/bar women who worked during the day, and Sue who took over from her from late afternoon really made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make our trip memorable. Thank you ladies.
A few places you must vist are Puerto de Mogan (a bus ride away) which is one of the prettiest places we've ever visited and just down the road Melonares which has some lovely bars with beautiful people and the most gorgeous shops you'll ever see.

This was not the hotel we initially booked and was offered this as an alternative... and thank god we were. We spent a week here and I have to say was the best accomadation Ive stayed in when Ive been to this area.

The pool area was lovely and had plenty of sun beds for lazing by the pool, the food was amazing and did not need to head out for food like some other all-inclusive resorts Ive stayed in. There was a great choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner and the drinks was always on tap.

The staff were amazing and during our week look after us, especially the 3 irish ladies at the resturant/bar area. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beond for us all week.

Our bungerlow was clean and tidy and had its own little ballcony with sunbeds, perfect spot for relaxing during the afternoon.

I will be deffo staying here again.

we have just come back from a week at the colorado golf bungalows, we were changed to this hotel due to an error in our booking & we are so glad we were put here. the pool & grounds are lovely, lots of beds. our bungalow was freshly painted & spotless. pleanty of hot water & a nice powerfull shower. 20-25 min walk to the beach (very plesant walk) & a 20 min walk into playa del inglais or 3 euro in a taxi. the best part of our stay was the staff. Yvonne & sue in the bar are fantastic & went out of their way to help us & make sure we had a fantastic holiday. the all inclusive buffet was also very nice. we will be returning next year. thanks again

Sent here as our booked accommodation was over booked. On first glance looks a little like Colditz with barbed wire surrounds however although the apartments were in desperate need of an upgrade (which was being started during our stay,I imagine that by next year this complex will be in much better shape)the friendliness of the Irish girls in the bar/restaurant was fantastic , recommending places to visit, giving bus numbers etc.
The complex was a real melting pot from around Europe, friendly and above all not to busy.
Although not our first choice, could be tempted to go again post all the refurbishments next year.
