“Very nice hotel”
Reviewed 17 January 2014

This hotel is not far away from the airport actually everywhere in Malta is near. Very good located and very near to the one of the best sandy beaches in Malta. Service is cool and the food is also very nice that in all inclusive all are far more than enough. Really recommend this hotel and very easy access to public transportation. Would like to go there again. Recommend this hotel to everybody. Do not forget to try the boat trip to Gozo and bays nearby. Have a good holiday.

Room Tip: Take a room with sea view.

First time in Malta, lovely hotel with great food, amenities and staff, free upgrade to a deluxe sea view room was a very good start to a weeks holiday, very conveniently located. Daughter enjoyed kids club thanks to becky n her colleague, I have recommended hotel to family and friends and would definitely return back. Animation team brilliant with Boris, Dominica and team. Well looked after, even the housekeepers were nice and friendly and cleaned room everyday. Very good customer service.

I have just returned from my second visit to the Seabank and am again so impressed with the staff, the service and the friendliness of everyone there.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely young lady called Nadine. She went out of her way to help us and book us into the Oriental Restaurant as we missed it last time. She was so welcoming and made us feel extra special.

We were also very impressed with a lady named Marianne at reception. She always has a huge smile on her face and is ever so helpful. Every time we saw her she would make sure we were ok and happy.

The food at the hotel is amazing. There is so much choice and the staff will do all they can to make sure you are happy. On one occasion I had a craving for Chocolate Cake and asked a lovely chef called Mohammed if he could get his hands on any for me. He went into the kitchen and bought me a huge slice back! I was ever so grateful!

The bar staff are also very friendly and welcoming! A huge thanks to Edmond, Liviu, Mark and Alina for making us feel like royalty. They are all so kind and work so hard. It was much appreciated.

The cleaners also work extremely hard and a lovely lady named Vivian was there within two minutes when we needed our bed changing from a double to twin beds.

We both also used the Spa facilities daily and I opted for the full body massage. It was the best massage I have ever had and the lady who did it (sorry I didn't catch your name) was ever so welcoming.

There are renovation works currently ongoing at the hotel which may disturb some guests but I cannot wait to return to the Seabank Hotel later this year and see what they have done. But I do wonder can this place get any better? I don't think it can.

Thanks to everyone mentioned above for making my holiday the best one yet.

Sabina ;)

our stay - 24th December - 31st December 2013 (all inclusive)

We have been to Malta a dozen times but never stayed in Mellieha or at this hotel before.

I wanted to go to Egypt but her-indoors wanted to go to a "Catholic country" for Christmas.

We arrived on Christmas eve to a very warm, friendly and genuine welcome. The hotel was clean and modern (it reminded me of a recent trip to Ikea!!!). The staff were engaging, friendly and pleasant to talk to. The food at the hotel (all inclusive) was better than expected....the variety and quality of food was excellent and the choice of 5 restaurants was a surprise (we didn't even get that at our usual 5 star in Egypt costing twice as much). There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel which made it easy to visit Mosta,Valleta, Qawra etc. Mellieha is only 4km from the Gozo ferry terminal and well worth a visit.

There is a beautiful church nearby (Parish church of Mellieha) where we spent Christmas eve at Midnight mass and was made to feel very welcome. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at in Malta. Very family/children orientated with good evening entertainment.

Will definitely return.......a big "thank you" to all the staff at Seabank resort.
