“A perfect hotel”
Reviewed 9 March 2014

Have just returned from three weeks at this hotel and can only sum it up in one word amazing. If it is a small hotel you want this is not for you but if you want to try a large all inclusive hotel you would be hard pressed to find a better one.The bedrooms are very large, very nicely furnished and kept spotless by a very cheerful team of cleaners.I have been lucky enough over the years to stay in some exclusive hotels providing a fantastic range of food this hotel is up there with them in terms of the food but at a fraction of the cost. The staff who run this hotel are amazing nothing is too much trouble.

We visited the Seabank Resort over Christmas for a week and loved every minute.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Drinks were flowing and of very good quality.
Food was exceptional from the Buffet style dining in the main restaurant to the Brazilian Rodizio and the Asian Restaurant, we never had a bad meal. We also had a fantastic Christmas Meal.
The animation team worked so hard and provided excellent shows throughout our holiday.
Even in low season there was still plenty to do.
Well done Seabank and we hope to return one day.

Room Tip: Beautiful rooms to the front with a sea view. Bus service very reliable from just outside the hote...

My husband and I chose this Hotel after reading many reports!! The Seabank Hotel in Mellieha Bay is a fabulous Hotel, well worth a visit. From our first day there until the day we left the staff could not have been more polite and attentive. The Hotel is very well situated with lovely views. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. The food is excellent especially in the Thai Restaurant. All the bar staff worked very hard. The local bus company (Arriva) is very good, you can travel all day on any of there buses for 1.50 euro (excellent value). Impossible to see all the sights in one week, we will definately go back to Malta and to the Seabank Hotel for sure.

Room Tip: We had a seaview room which had really good views over the bay, could be quite noisy when the ferry...

Very good hotel with excellent food. Building noise was kept to a minimum and was only during the day. Plenty to do both in the area on foot and using buses to explore the Island. We don't normally do All Inclusive but it was very well done here.

Room Tip: We had a room overlooking the pool. It was January/February so not many people were outside. There...

The Seabank All Inclusive in February has bus links to the rest of Malta and also a service coach to the Hop on - Hob Off double deckers, so we spent our 4 days riding round the island and exporing on foot, particularly in the very pleasant Sliema area an hour away.

Out of season, with the big adjacent beach not so welcoming, Millieha a long main road hill away, the hotel located on its own in rather splendid isolation, there were drawbacks if we were not going to mooch about (as many many did, eating) all day indoors.

Our room looking over the pool was helpfully quickly changed to another one well away from a hugely uncontrolled noisy young family, but the hotel improvements with constant noisy angle-grinding as the outdoor pool and entertainment complex was rebuilt below our window, were an unexpected disappointment and I think we should have been told when booking about the building works. Luckily the hotel was able to solve things, when we quickly revisited the reception area, but we relied on their good will for this, so thank you Seabank.

There were about 4 different restaurants and on our first evening we discovered we could book 3 of them ahead, which meant we had somewhere different to eat each evening. After that I noticed they became fully booked. The food, given the scale of the catering, was more than adequate and the staff always helpful. The chefs catered well, even in the Brazilian meat restaurant, for my non-meat eating wife. And breakfast each day was a perfectly good selection - a wide range of types of food.

I expect when the weather is hot, people are sunbathing outside and across the road on the beach too, this hotel is a very different experience. We did enjoy some evening entertainment and I did go for a swim in the empty, chilly indoor pool and its chaotically arranged relaxation and steam / sauna rooms - the whole logistics of arriving for a swim, getting changed and going to the various areas had been completely not thought through, leading to many wanders around the corridors in swim trunks :-) That was after the towel token shop was found to have closed hours before the pool closed and the lockers needed unsignalled key deposits from somewhere else...

The room, the food and the staff at the Seabank were all good, we enjoyed staying there. However, in late Spring we are going back to Malta for a second visit and will be staying much more centrally in Sliema, non inclusive. It's all a case of what you want and as we are not usually All-Inclusive fans, we only did it once before years ago when our children were younger, the Seabank did very well to come out so positively for us.

Room Tip: There is a magic view to the sea-facing rooms and high up there is very little if any road noise. Th...

6 of us stayed at Seabanks, from the moment we walked through the door everything was exceptional, booking in was easy with friendly helpful staff, the rooms, food and drinks were all first class, this is exactly what all inclusive should be, will definitely go back.
Many thanks

I wish to express our gratitude to all his staff (Front Office, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Housekeeping & Entertainment team) who were very nice, friendly & helpful throughout our stay. An excellent service and a delicious, genuine variety of displaces to choose from was very & very tempting not to try and taste most of the mouthwatering servings. Great Accomplishment & Well Done for the Good Work.
