We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sukau Rainforest Lodge. The rooms were basic but comfortable and kept spottlessly clean. The food was very good and always cooked fresh.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The river trips were enjoyable and the guides knowledgeable and very good at spotting the wildlife especially on the night trips.
The highlight of our trip was to see a large herd of Elephants which we had to travel for one and a half hours on the boat to find them but it was well worth it.
Cant wait to return.

We had a fantastic time at Sukau Rainforest Lodge.

The rooms and facilities are beautiful and cosy, the views are fantastic and so is the access to the Jungle Boardwalk.

The chef couldnt have been more accommodating adapting to our dietary requests and the food was very nice.

The girls at the foot spa were also very nice and funny

This is a great place to see wildlife, we saw elephants, probocis monkeys, macacs, crocodile, Orangutangs (I'd highly recommend the Red Ape encounters tour) and a load more stuff. The guides were high quality as well. The Room was very high standard and the food was decent. All staff were polite and helpful.

This is one of those few places you promise yourself one day you will return. Ok, it’s not 5 star quality accommodation, nor is it 5 star quality cuisine, but it is a unique experience, with 5 star ambience and location. The guides and staff do a great job. Being on the water creates a special atmosphere, the rooms are quite large and comfortable and the food quite acceptable. It’s really quite simple, but it gets right what needs to be got right and hits the spot perfectly. We saw Orang Utan at Rasa Ria, we saw them in Sepilok, but here we saw them free to roam, we saw them several times, and even spotted one from the lodge boardwalk. Proboscis monkeys on the opposite side of the river on two nights. And millions of bats leaving the caves with bat hawks in close attendance. Sukau Lodge was good enough for Sir David Attenborough, and it was certainly good enough for me.

This was a great experience. The food was good local cuisine. If you are a picky eater (most american group travelers) you probably shouldn't travel.
As all have said, the flora and fauna are wonderful!!!!!!!! The guides are very knowledgeable.
For a special treat buy some freshwater prawns from one of the local fisherman and ask the chef to prepare them as the locals do. Yummy!!!!!

We spent 3 days and 2 nights at the Sukau Rainforest Lodge. What a fantastic experience!! The Borneo jungle is unique and having the opportunity to experience it's beauty from such a terrific resort was amazing.
Staff really friendly, all meals excellent quality.
Everything about the resort was first class, the staff, the facilities, the tour guides.
Would recommend Borneo Eco Tours to all.
