The bungalow are basic but the balcony with hammoc allows to have a nice view on the sea and amazing sunset.
The food is also very basic "fish & rice" but like everywhere in Raja Ampat. The point is that the portions are very limited and it was always the same fish.
The other point is that the staff doesn't speak english and seems also not understand bahasa... except when you discuss about price for tour or beer.
Frankly speaking, it seems that they don't care of guests( the owner was inJakarta).
They charge 3,5 Millions of Rupiahs for snorkel an half day and 70 000 rupiah for a warm beer. We discovered later that it was much cheaper in the other homestay (beers and snorkel tour!!).
No bathrooom cleaning during the week we stayed even if we ask...
On web site, this place is described as eco lodge but it is absolutly not eco. Go behind the staff bulding and you will see a lot of trash on the ground around the kitchen or laundry place.
During our trip in Raja Ampat, we found budget accomodation place cheaper than Hamueco and much better in term of comfort and food.
Sorry, we can not recommend it.
