It's a fantastic place! Everything that people write about it is true! It's a very beautiful place. One of the best we have every been. It's not just beautiful. It's special! With soul. Everything is so stylish: the old pictures of the family of Augustino, the music in the library, the dim light at the lounge. The courtyard is so mystical at night. the room is very beautiful and clean. we asked for the babycot and it was there. Augustino is the best host. He's so welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you are going to visit nuraghe or park of Laconi. It takes only 20-30 mins to get there by car.

no wi-fi in the room (Augustino said sometimes the connection is good, sometimes not. We didn't have any connection). but there are facilities at the library (printer, computer with internet connection)

It was a pleasure to be your guest. The little B&B is located in an old horse station and keeps all of the charm of the old building mixed with the comfort of an modern room. It's romantic and gorgeous. And our host was very kind and polite. Just to mention, it is more for a pass through than a longer stay. Thank you!

We found this place by coincidence when traveling through Sardinia from the east to the west. We experienced a warm welcome by Agostino and and had the place for ourselves in the first night. The building, which used to be a farmhouse for coaches during their stopover, was renovated beautifully and with so much love that we wished we could have stayed longer. The room was clean, tidy and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was also delightful and we enjoyed our sundowner beer in the lovely courtyard which is surrounded by and equipped with flowers, bushes, herbs, trees. A true hideaway. Our host Agostino was very friendly and gave us some great tips, especially with regards to eating out. We loved the place!

Room tip: All rooms are unique. They are all spacious and each of them has its own character.

Beautiful boutique accomodation set in a historic brick building recently restored with an eye for detail. Our room was set on the first floor and did not have outdoor space but due to the small number of rooms we found the central courtyard to be private and perfect for our purposes. The breakfast was lovely, and the music and entertainment room a nice touch. The owner who lives off site is very welcoming and helpful with hints of places to eat locally (pizza takeaway recommended). The town itself (Mandas) is not an attraction or a tourist destination in its own right, we used the hotel as a base to explore the wider area for a night and a stop over before heading to the east coast over the windy S198.

Delightful Barbara and Agostino run a superb house, much more than a B + B. The premises are beautifully renovated with style and all modern comfort combined with respect for the beauty of the stone and wood fabric of the old building. The breakfast was superb, a delight. We were encouraged to use the barbeque and advised on the best local source for our meat and food as well as the use of kitchen facilities. Outstanding welcome, very special.
Our hosts were knowledgeable and helpful, we had lots of suggestions for places to eat and visit. This is a fantastic base to explore the mountainous area north of Cagliari. The roads excellent and almost empty but for the occasional flock of sheep, the countryside stunning. A real find.
