“A stay too short!”

We stayed for three days in a beautifully appointed villa with the wonderful view, but were wishing we could have stayed longer. Quiet and relaxing describes the total experience in a setting of magnificent gardens, with the great salt-water pool adding to a most positive experience. We know were we'll want to stay if ever we return to Koh Samui. Bill and the staff made us feel very well taken care of. One consideration: think about renting a car while staying there -- you don't want to be walking up the mountain.

We had been there during 5 days in the moonrise villa in may 2013.
This is an amazing place with a very beautiful view, clean and well equiped room, an incredible swimming pool.
Your breakfast was in the fridge every morning to eat it on the covered deck up to the chaweng bay. Totally incredible
Bill and his team paid a lot of attention to their guests and gave a lot of advice to enjoy the trip in Samui.
Bill thanks a lot for everything.

We've traveled the world for the last eight years and visited Asian countries including Bali, Thailand and Vietnam. If we could give this property a ten star rating we would!

They have a beautiful salt water swimming pool, colorful gardens on a hill overlooking the sea. Firstly the salt water pool was one of the reasons we chose this accommodation. We are very health conscious and appreciated this.

The staff are absolutely amazing. They are so intuitive that whenever you leave your apartment they come and clean. We used the blender on the first day and noticed it wasn't working so well. When we came back in about an hour it had been changed for a better blender. As far as I am concerned this is amazing.

We actually stayed in the "Owners suite" and it is simply beautiful. We had a few friends come and visit us while we were there. They stayed in some of the other villas, which I got to see and they are absolutely beautiful. Bill the owner treated them so well. Gave them lifts into town and back each day because they couldn't ride a motorbike. His kindness and generosity was just amazing.

We absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for peace and tranquility.

Also there is a masseuse that lives right across the road that will come for a very reasonable price.

Once Bill becomes familiar with you it is like being part of a family. People are always coming back because of the excellent treatment that they receive. We're already planning our next visit!

Room Tip: All the rooms are fantastic.

We were looking for a unique hideaway for an anniversary week vacation. And, we found it at Samui Mountain Village. Each and every guest is treated with TLC. The guest rooms are all tastefully decorated. The staff was welcoming making our 6 day stay a joy. We will return , hopefully again and again!

Our stay of 7 nights at Samui Mountain Village was absolutely incredible. Bill and his staff were all so helpful and caring. Bill made sure everything was perfect from arrival to departure. He took us around the island, showed us very good restaurants, organized a scooter for us, and was generous enough to take us to Tesco for grocery shopping all on the first day. The view from Villa #1, which we stayed in was amazing, truly unforgettable views! If you want a place that's quiet, has the best infinity pool, has all the amenities, and total relaxation, this is your place; and in my opinion, best accommodation on whole island. We can't thank Bill and his staff enough for there generosity on making our stay so warm and welcoming! We will most definitely come back to Samui Mountain Village. Thank you Bill!

We stayed here for 9 nights as part of our honeymoon. A truly beautiful place. The view from our villa was amazing. You would would honestly think you had the place to yourself it's so private. Bill is the best host ever, he took us to his favourite restaurants, helped us hire a scooter and gave us a tour of the local area. He went above and beyond in his efforts to make sure we had the best time. It's the first time we did not want to leave somewhere and we will definitely be back. My only advice is that however long you are going to book for, make it longer. You will not regret it. Just make sure you have some sausages for Mollie the dog! Thanks again to Bill for some fantastic special memories.

Room Tip: It's a good idea to hire a scooter. It was a great way to explore Samui and good fun.

Samui Mountain Village is a gorgeous place with stunning views. The villas are large, private, comfortable, beautifully appointed and each villa has an amazing view from a large deck. The villa includes a small kitchen with breakfast supplies restocked each day, extremely comfortable beds and airy rooms due to the number of screens throughout permitting a nice airflow. Air conditioning is effective when you need it. The grounds are lush and colorful with the swimming pool being a definite highlight. It is deep, cool, refreshing and open 24 hours a day, supplied with lots of seating area. Bill is amazing with his attention to detail and is ready to help out in any way. He was kind enough to take us on a local tour, drop us off places, showed us highlights of the island that we later explored. Bill took us to the hospital and dentist, taking the time to hunt for the best options and price. The staff were helpful, kind and polite. Most definitely get a massage from Chompoo early in your trip, because you will want to book her again! A car or motorbike is advisable. What a quiet and relaxing location. We would definitely come back!
