“nice place to unwind”
Reviewed 2 May 2012

I stayed here for 3 nights from 27-30 apr at the poolside hut.
The room was clean and nice, but not spacious.
Standard toilet amenities but lack toothbrush & toothpaste.
One thing I noticed was that there were some small bugs creeping around the room and toilet.
A minor issue for me but may be a big one for other people.
Breakfast was no-frills and simple.
Internet service in the reception area was patchy at times.(including their free wifi).
Staff service was good.
Aircon broke down one night and all I get was hot air, but it was promptly fixed the next morning.
The resort is merely a stone's throw from the beach.
Overall I'm happy staying here. It's a hidden gem and value for money.

Room Tip: Try the beachfront chalets, there are only 3 of those if I'm not wrong. They offer the best vi...

you wont find any small size accomodation as nice as this one.

Even the location is not the best part of this property but the size, the service, the view is what i recommend everyone to try.

The room design is simple, to make you feel comfort and everything was set up for easily using.

I love the room with the sea view, OMG, just open the window and spend the whole day in your room is worth enough for not going anywhere.

They have a medium size outdoor pool and room service so everything that u might need is here. The entrance to the hotel is not for a big truck or bus, so please take a motorbike or a car/van.

The price comparing with the quality, i have to say it's worth. It's a calm and cute accommodation. Actually I think Thai(s) is gonna love it but Samui is not our choice for weekend anyways :P

I had the sense of regret when my van who took us and a couple of other guys to our hotel and they stopped here first to drop the other guys that I've booked the wrong hotel. I stayed at Mercure Fenix which is like a stone throw away from this place. Mercure is a so called 4 star hotel but couldn't match with the beauty and how cute this place is. I went over to see it and I wished I've stayed here. If you are looking to stay within that quiet area of Moo1, this is the best place indeed!

We stayed in one of the beach (highly recommend) huts for 3 nights. We loved it. It was our favourite hotel on our travels across Thailand last month. As soon as you arrive the staff are friendly and very helpful. The pool and beach are well maintained. Our hut was cleaned and kept to high standards. Breakfast was tasty and had plenty to offer. The whole experience was a pleasure.

Me and my girlfriend stayed for five days and nights. This place delivers everything you expect from the pictures and from Koh Samui. The chalets are delicate, spacious, clean and with a very good standard. There isn't a lot of space between the rooms but enough to feel you get privacy. The pool area and restaurant are pretty, well maintained and offered everything we could ever want within this price spectre. However the beach is pretty but the shallow waters combined with rocky bottom is not ideal for swimming. Recommend hitting the area around "grandfather rock" for deeper water, corals and snorkeling only four hundred metres towards north on the beach. The staff where very helpfull to us and offered excellent service. The resort had a toned down and comfortably lazy atmosphere so hardcore partygoers will want to look elsewhere to get their fullmoon groove on.

A must stay if visiting Lamai. Everything is very clean and the sea front location is breath taking.

I checked many hotels in internet before planning this trip to Samui, first, not so noisy, so cannot choose Chaweng, as we just want to have a relax holiday. Secondly, the cost cannot be too much but must be a nice hotel! finally, we decided to spend 4 nights in lazy days resort, it's a new resort. Some local people even did not know it, but it's a advantage, it means the resort will not be quiet. it is located in Lamai beach. althought is a small, only 3 front beach bunglow, but it's lucky that I can have 3 night beach front and 1 night pool view bunglow. the night is peaceful, the restaurant offer fresh dished and not expensive!

the resort is simple, but clear. you have everything in your room. the swimming is a little small for so many families, but I do not need it. oh, yes, one receptioner speaks very good English and almost smile!

one disadvantage, the sheet is not so clear, I can find blood spot, also on the pillows, dirty dots.
but you cannot expect too much in B/B, so I still recommand it!

Room Tip: beach front bunglow, only 3, so book as earlier as possible, it's a pity that at last day, I hav...
