Owner description: CentralFestival Phuket The best international shopping & lifestyle destination in the heart of Phuket with its large range of products and services, the biggest shopping avenue has something for everyone from kids, hipsters, working people to chilled retired people from the ground to the top floor. Starting at the ground floor there’s Tops Supermarket with its wide variety of everyday products, both local and imported, such as fresh foods, grocery items, beauty products, beverages and more than most of the other retailers. In the vicinity of the supermarket, there are plenty of fast food and snack options such as Burger King, KFC, Farm Factory, Swensen’s, etc. Also on the ground floor for the fashionistas are a numbers of clothes, shoes and accessories shops including Dorothy Perkins, ZARA, MANGO, Guess, Lacoste, La Senza, CC-OO, LYN, H&M, Jaspal, CPS/Chaps, Aldo, Jim Thompson, The Body Shop and Hush Puppies. That’s along with local brands which can be found inside the Central shopping zone where booths of luxury outfits are placed together. On the second floor, the shopper’s delight has yet to come to an end as you will find even more clothes and accessories shops such as AIIZ, Portland, Bata, Roberto, Crocs, New Balance, New York LA, Playboy by Chic Club and Spice. After a hard day spent shopping on the lower floors. It’s time to relax with the good food and entertainment which is available on the third floor. Right in front of escalator, you will see the SFX Cineplex where the top of box office movies are available as well as Thai domestic films. The never-ending selection of food outlets serve diner with all the tastes you may think of. If that’s not enough, there are more eateries to check out on the first floor where some delicious pasta, pizza and steak await in wine connection, as well as great Chinese food at Urban Food, the popular Shabushi, the chilled-out Tablespoon with its great music during evening, tasty fusion food and a complete list of drinks. After filling your tummy with loads of nice food then it is time for beauty. On the fourth floor of the mall there are plenty of beauty clinics where you’re guaranteed to walk out looking healthy and skinning from head to toe, nail spas and many more. It's been several years since I've been to phuket and I was impressed by this mall. Look, this is phuket, a beach holiday destination. Don't expect something as good as what you find in central bangkok or any other major city.

There's a pretty decent food court on the ground floor, and one on the 3rd floor (didn't try).

However, we found a nice little restaurant on the 3rd floor, near the departmental store entrance called SA RA PAD ZAAB / THAI SPICY. Strangely, there's nothing on tripadvisor on this restaurant.

It was pretty good and reasonable. Comparable to some of the Esarn food we tried in Bangkok.

It's a shopping mall, with air conditioning. It has many shops to wander around and look at on a hot day.As far as it being a tourist attraction, i don't know, as i don't plan my holidays around shopping.

Went here for some shopping. We don't live near any large malls at home so great to get some large chain stores with pricing less than Aus. Really clean and cool indoors. Large range of shops and great options for lunch. Was 600baht in taxi from Kata Beach. Easy to get taxi out front - no need to have driver wait. Where other entertainment options like cinema and 9D experiences but did not try these. Was a cool tech alley thing on top floor for phone stuff and repairs - and the staff/local cafeteria if your after some real thai food - I can't read Thai so was too scared to order.

Hopefully they provide longer hours parking, 3hours wasn’t enough e.g. face facial 2hours, lunch 1 hour done! You have no time for shopping even though you have to purchase 1,500 baht to get an extra hour but it’s still not enough otherwise this place is great for family holiday.

This mall is hangout spot for Phuket night buddies. It remains open till 10pm. And has a range of cuisines. We had Japanese food which was served really nicely. From food to gadgets this mall has it all.
