“A lovely B and B”
Reviewed 1 July 2014

My wife and I stayed at Brufords for one night as we were going to Goodwood Festival of Speed. Our room was nice and spacious (although the stairs up were a bit on the narrow side). The room had a wide range of toiletries, tea making facilities and a microwave!
On arrival, there was a warm welcome and a nice cup of tea, taken outside in the garden.
The garden has been transformed into a series of small eating areas each surrounded by verdant floors and bushes. There was a large square canopy and heater over each table. When we were there it was sunny so we had a good breakfast (all cooked exactly as we had asked for it) starting with fresh orange juice and grapefruit (cereals were available), then the full English.
It seems as though each room had its own little eating area - you could eat outside even when it was wet - but do not worry, there is dining room inside.
Brufords do not "do' evening meals - but it is not far to go to find a restaurant (Brufords advised us to book as it was Goodwood - and they phoned up for us - and they were right!)
The only unfortunate thing is that we do not go down to this part of the country unless it is for Goodwood - so that means only 1 trip to Brufords a year!!
If you are staying in the area - put Brufords high on your list.

It's safe to say that my daughter and I have stayed quite a few times at the Brufords B&B, and each time that we stay it has been the best possible experience!! Wonderful service from the gals who run the B&B, food (freshest ingredients always), room quality (neat, clean, and cozy), and location. This part of England is absolutely stunning and can't wait to return many, many more times to come. Stay at the Brufords B&B please. It's an experience you're sure not to forget!

We had a lovely stay with the Brufords, very good value for money and a lovely breakfast with wonderful people. We would stay there again, very close to Goodwood, walking distance, for all the events that are at Goodwood.

Stayed at the Brufords for 3 nights for a wedding and Silma and Tina have got it just right.
Nice room, comfy bed, a very warm welcome with a pot of tea in the garden and a very generous breakfast comprising fresh fruit, eggs from their own chickens and locally-produced sausages and bacon. Would have got really fat if we had stayed longer!

Room Tip: Room 5 has a sofa and double bed and is quite roomy. Walk to the pub in ten minutes for an evening...

Decided to say at Brufords due to the great reviews on Trip Advisor and I had a lovely stay!
This is a family run B&B with many home comforts. The room and ensuite were spotless as was the bedding. The rooms are nicely appointed with great attention to detail. I had breakfast both mornings in a delightful court yard which is enclosed by beautiful flowers and shrubs. Breakfast was freshly prepared home cooked food with an extensive menu.
I was made very welcome by the lovely proprietors and I have no hesitation in recommending this delightful B&B. If I am in the area again I will definately be back!

This is family run sanctuary hidden away in West Sussex near Chichester and Goodwood. I can't say any more that the previous reviews other than: Location - tick, Breakfast - tick, Comfortable - tick, Tranquil - tick. It's got everything! I wish I could move in!

This place is everything the other reviewers raved about. I stayed 1 night and would have liked to stay longer. Clean and vey comfortable rooms, friendly staff and wonderful breakfast. I visited the local pub 10 mins walk up the lane and had a very tasty evening meal. What more could you ask for. I will certainly be returning, a real home from home.
You won't be disappointed.
