Visited with my 2 1/2 yr old grandson, he loved it! Plenty to do and see regardless of the weather. Seating areas for picnics (would take one next time!) very reasonably priced and would recommend to anyone with young children!

Took our grandson just under 2 .but he really enjoyed it we did too lots to see and interact with some of the animals. The only thing is need bigger signs to show where it is and to get to it as must be loads of people missing out on the fun and great day out

Visited with a 3 and a 6 year old and both had a ball. We spent over 4 hours here , admittedly on a fairly quiet day before the English school holidays, and both kids had a great time.

If your kids like animals and climbing frames this is for you.

Plenty ifbshade and a couple of coverrsd play barns made for an easier time parents worried about sunburn.

A great day out.

We visited Playdale with our three and two year old sons whilst on holiday in Scarborough. Adults and kids entrance is the same so at first we thought it was pricey but soon realised that it wasn't as there is so much to do. In fact, it's great value and I have never stayed at any other kids' attraction for so long. Lots of interactive stuff like feeding animals, holidays guinea pigs etc but also an amazing indoor play area, sandpit, frisbee game, coin-operated mini-tractors and diggers which were a huge hit. The cafe is ok but not a huge selection so you'd be better off with a packed lunch. Fantastic day out.

We didn't have time to stay all day but if ya have kids ya could probably stay for most of the day. Fab indoor and outdoor areas for the kids to play and a sand pit AND a fab straw barn !! Which we had lots of fun in!! Real Tractor to sit on, go karts to ride on a great track and ride on tractors for all size kids. Even is big kids. Oops.
Lovely cafe with reasonable prices although we had packed a picnic as it was our last day on holiday and we were heading straight home. We did have hot chocolate special and a tea tho.
I do agree with previous comment on here about different prices tho. Although my boy is 15 months and he managed to do most things. Even the big go karts. With my help. Definitely go again if ever in the area and would recommend!! I'm going to even campaign at my local farm for a straw barn!!
